excellent location, very close to Brandenburg gate, Alexanderplatz and potsdammer platz. staff lovely, hotel beautiful

There are no photos here because my friends stayed here. Just looked outside. My friend said it was pretty good, but the price was quite expensive during the exhibition. It would be better if it was cheaper. I just happened to see a double rainbow, good luck.

The hotel experience starts with their website and is a clue to the creativity put into this place. We stayed in a loft room that faced the courtyard. The loft is unique and does require climbing a ladder and a little hike to get in the bed. The room was small, clean, had a TV with its own preset content, pretty poor WiFi, cute yoga/exercise room on different floor and very nice breakfast buffet with lots of vegan options. Open windows allowed airflow along with some music/courtyard noise that eventually got quiet and although its nonsmoking rooms unusual smells came from courtyard which caused us to close window. The challenge is with window closed it got unbearably stuffy in our room. It’s the main reason for four vs five stars. I would recommend the hotel simply not allow staff, guests or otherwise to smoke there at all. The hotel reception desk,housekeeping, and breakfast staff were very friendly, hardworking and helpful. The hotel restaurant is also recommended to try at least once which also had vegan options and excellent staff. The cafe had excellent staff as well just very few vegan food options.

I can't write a bad review on this hotel. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the U7 (meaning very convenient if you come from the airport) and the S-Bahn at Yorckstrasse. In the heart of Schoeneberg so a lot of shops, restaurants, delis, bars at your doorstep. The hotel is very clean and very well sound proofed. Breakfast is fantastic with a great selection of cereals, fruit, yogurts, jams, hot and cold delicacies etc. But the ”pièce de résistance” was our room. Spacious, big bed, lots of storage but mostly... the shower! I would have spent the night under the shower if I had to!!!! If i really had to point something out, but it's just my personal opinion that is maybe going against the hotel policy... some of the staff members were a bit laid-back. Extremely helpful if needed (apart from one guy that did not seem to understand English) but i don't know, it's probably me being old. Anyway, I will definitely go back

This hotel is fantastic. Excellent facilities well equipped rooms and helpful friendly staff. We arrived for a 3 night break as part of our honeymoon, they left some chocolates and a handwritten card to congratulate us. They also left us two free pool passes as a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast was lovely although perhaps a little pricey. They offer either a free swim pass or drink if you decide not to have your room cleaned to encourage sustainability which again was a nice touch. After a day of sightseeing in Berlin we enjoyed our free drink in the cosy bar. We had a loft room which had a downstairs part and a separate room upstairs where we slept. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely return.

This hotel has a great location. The position and evaluation are very good, and the staff are very helpful. When I had a small problem, they quickly solved it and made sure I was completely satisfied.

Really easy to get to from the city centre, this hotel is a 3 minute walk from two different tram stops and five minutes from a train station. The bar and reception at the front were clean and tidy, we checked in and were pointed in the direction of our room (in the separate building across the courtyard at the back); literally ”pointed”; ”i'll show you to your room” became ”it's over there” whilst standing in the back doorway. The room was large - double bedroom at one end, what could be described as a dressing room/study at the other end with a double wardrobe, desk, minibar; wetroom and a well-stocked room-with-a-sink (and hairdryer, mirrors, sewing kit, beauty kit and selection of lotions and potions). Bed was comfy and we both enjoyed a good night's sleep - the only minor issues we found were the wifi not working (we were told this on check-in) and the shower in the wetroom needs adjusting as it directs some of its flow towards the door which consequently floods the hallway unless a rudimentary ”dam” is constructed with towels, Breakfast (served downstairs in the ”building at the back”) was lovely - a good selection of hot and cold served buffet style. In all, a really nice hotel, and we would stay here again. Stayed August 2016, booked as a package with Easyjet.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here in May 2023, firstly the staff were all incredibly nice, and thankfully all had excellent English as my German is very limited. The hotel itself was spotless, we went for a room on the Level which was very spacious and comfortable The staff in the Level Lounge were particularly impressive, a warm welcome always greets you, the place was clean and consistently well stocked. The location is perfection, we had lovely walks up the river, you're a 3 minute from trains, and so central to all the tourist spots that you can just walk everywhere. The airport is an easy 40 minute train ride away. Even though there were big closures on the train line the day we were leaving it was still very easy to get to the airport on an alternative line. Thank you for having us, we look forward to coming back again!

The hotel is an excellent choice in terms of location. As a winter trip the heating was very good. The breakfast is amazing. Hotel staff are very helpful and caring. For those traveling from Turkey, you will not have any language problems at the reception.
