I enjoyed the location and the hotel was pretty good and modern. However, what annoyed me was the terrible cleaning service. I ordered the service through its app and also by calling to the reception, and the service only did the cleaning of the bathroom and not even did anything on the rest of the room. This issue repeated during all 5 the days of my stay

The hotel is conveniently located, just a few mins walk from metro and train connections. The mobile app that allows check-in and gives access to the room makes the check-in process fast and easy. My room was in general clean (except for some dirt on the floor), basic but comfortable.

Loved the ethical focus, proximity to East Side Gallery, nice coffee shop, breakfast, restaurant/bar. Staff are warm and friendly. Cool vibe but quiet at night.

The hotel actually has its own parking garage attached to the hotel. We didn’t count the actual parking spaces open, but there were approximately 50 spaces. There were only three cars parked there. When we asked the front desk if we could park in their garage, we were told it was for handicap only. I do not mean to sound disrespectful towards the handicap population, but I have never seen any business require more than just a few handicap parking spots. It would seem that this hotel could do a better job opening up parking for their other guests too. That is just too much wasted parking space to have just sitting there not used.

Great location, right next to train station, buses and S-bahn. Strange lay-out of a double room but very neat and quiet. Breakfast option of 17 euro way too expensive.
