A mid-range hotel like I wanted it to be. Great location, great restaurant, very friendly staff and absolutely clean, comfortable rooms. The very cozy bar is open late at night and a beautiful sauna area is perfect for relaxing, not just on rainy days.

If you choose a room with new carpet and renovated bathroom, everything is fine. However, next time we will go for a higher category, as the room and bed will probably be bigger. Otherwise, very good breakfast. Parking is difficult. Staff very friendly and attentive.

The 2nd visit here, unfortunately again a completely stained carpet, not acceptable. The bathroom was a disgrace, broken tiles in the "shower", much too small, the smell in the bathroom was also a challenge. The refrigerator - not working - not in the next room either. Much more expensive than the first visit, probably an event at the race track, then they charge you. The parking situation is not acceptable. Had to walk 500 m or pay 15 euros per night. Sorry, but I don't like the hotel that much? Breakfast in the beautiful garden was good, there was salmon too. The beds were very good.

Affordable overnight stay 20 minutes by car from Berlin city center. Friendly staff, especially the lady at the breakfast buffet was very attentive and nice. Old but clean bathroom. 2 good armchairs and a chair, which is rare in this category. However, the obviously old carpet was so stained that we were about to ask for another room, but now. We would still come back. But why should the garage cost €12 per day?

Imagine you want to visit friends in Berlin and want to stay overnight. You will find what you are looking for on Google Maps. A guest house within walking distance is just right. Then visit the homepage and find out more. You dial the number provided, a friendly man answers and you state your wishes. A double room for one night with a 140cm bed without breakfast. At *********** a price of (as of the day) 94.00 euros including breakfast is given. Now I prefer to book in person and was a bit surprised when they asked for 101.00 euros. Now, of course, I could have canceled and booked through Booking, but after looking for a while, I accepted the offer. A confirmation email was received immediately. The data was okay and the case was clear to me. What we only found out afterwards was that there was a telephone call forwarding from this guest house (two completely different numbers) to the hotel, which we were not made aware of. Now we were standing in front of the guest house on the day of booking. No parking, door closed and a message asking you to ring the bell. Then a lady explained to me that we were wrong. We would have made reservations at the hotel (4 stars – I wonder what clouds they were hiding behind). Five minutes away by car. Through countless construction sites, we found the house after what felt like an hour, despite the navigation system. We parked our car in the (very) small parking lot and went to reception. “You can’t leave your car in the parking lot, it’s reserved.” That’s how we were welcomed. When I asked where we could park, she said we would just have to look on the street to see if we could find anything. The second question was about our booking. We would have called the guest house and made a reservation there. No, said the receptionist, we had also received a confirmation with the hotel address. Again, no indication of redirection. We got our room cards and there the next surprise awaited us. We didn't find the 140 bed we had booked, but rather 2 single beds. We went back to reception and complained. Now there was talk of an upgrade that they wanted to send to us. However, we did not understand what the added value should have been. How stupid is it to sell a couple a room with two single beds as a bonus? When we took the elevator up again with new room cards, we read on a notice that this house also has an underground car park. No word was given to us about this offer. The room, actually a single room, was quite small, but clean. The mattress was good, although the sheet had a hole and it was surprisingly quiet for the big city. In the bathroom with a set of towels there was no shower, but a small tub with a shower curtain. But this one was s
