Location is good. But the hotel room seems old and no kettle in the room. Got to request for it.

This hotel is next to the subway and train station and it is so handy for anywhere in Berlin. The room is nice and spacious, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

Good option for a short stay. Near Ostbahnhof. Staff is nice. However there is no aircon and the Wi-Fi connection is inappropriately bad.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Very central to major attraction, not to mention the station connects very well to Berlin and beyond. Really slow Wifi could be improved. Car parking was full of pigeons. As much as they were lovely, the bird**** on car was not pleasant.

Top Lage, Bahnhof direkt nebenan. Wurden nett empfangen und Zimmer war sehr sauber. Frühstück war auch super..es ist für jeden was dabei, das einzige was nicht so toll war ,waren die Brötchen. Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür ( großer Parkplatz) 4 Euro für 24 Stunden. Wir würden hier immer wieder übernachten

Ein schneller Check in, sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal, sehr sauber Zimmer und Badezimmer, ruhige Zimmer in einer sehr belebten Gegend.
Alles war Vorhanden was angegeben wurde und es funktionierte auch alles sehr gut. Bequeme Betten und Kissen/Decken. Das Frühstück ab 7:00 morgens erhältlich ist auch sehr, sehr gut. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Top.
