ABC Pension - The horror has a name! Anyone who comes here will not be disappointed by the numerous bad reviews. When we arrived, our two rooms were ready for occupancy at midday, which later turned out to be a false assumption. The location of the pension is the only positive point. From now on, only negative points!! We arrived on Saturday and moved into our rooms, and it quickly became apparent that both rooms had not been cleaned for months! The beds were freshly made, yes, but there were some nasty blood stains on the bed linen. There were towels, yes, but only one bath towel each. There was no hand towel, even after complaining several times. The bathroom was a total horror! The toilet was covered in dirt, there was faeces on the toilet seat and bowl, urine splashes all around the toilet. The shower was completely rotten, limescale, mold, dust and water stains. The towel rail was completely dusty and covered in hair from the previous occupant. The hairdryer was just dirty and dusty, the fittings were full of dust bunnies and limescale. The living area is lovingly collected bulky waste that probably still has dirt from the street on it. The bedside table drawers are covered in unidentifiable stains and are dusty, all the furnishings are covered in a thick layer of dust and not just in the hard-to-reach places. This is perhaps why the room lighting is so dim. The curtains on the window don't close properly and the street lamp outside the window turns night into day. With the window open, you can't sleep, at least not on the street side, as a multicultural crowd meets up late at night in one of the cheap dive bars and then has drunken fun pushing e-scooters around. The TV can only be operated sporadically thanks to the remote control that has been worn down with plenty of plaster, which doesn't make it any easier that the programs are unsorted and there is no list of channels. Unfortunately, WiFi doesn't work in the room, only in the hallway and the check-in/breakfast room. Breakfast is also worth mentioning here, it is served at the table! There is no buffet! Breakfast is available from 8:00 a.m., and it can be 8:30 a.m. by the time everything is on the table. There is filter coffee from a dirty thermos flask, cheap tetra packs of orange and apple juice, rock-hard discount rolls, a sausage and cheese plate, scrambled or fried eggs without asking and without choosing, packaged jams and butter. That's it, no yogurt, muesli, oa**eal, honey....The only positive thing to mention is the older gentleman who was in charge of breakfast service. That brings me to the rest of the staff. As I said, we checked in on Friday and immediately complained about the cleanliness of the rooms. We were then promised that this would be remedied on Sunday. Someone was in the room late on Sunday afternoon, but none of the things complained about were cleaned. We then complained again.
