Bij inchecken bleek het kamerkluisje niet te functioneren, de receptie (slecht Duits sprekende mevrouw, met Oost-Europees achtergrond, Engels sprak ze helemaal niet ) kon alleen zeggen dat de volgende dag iemand zou kunnen kijken. En eigenlijk is het probleem bekend, er zijn veel mensen die de kluis per ongeluk dicht doen voor ze weggaan, en dan moet er een technicus bij komen. De volgende dag werd het opgelost. Gevraagd waarom dat niet gecheckt wordt bij gastenwissel, de huismeester antwoordde dat dat teveel werk was.
Het warme water deed het evenmin, ook daar moest 24 uur op gewacht worden.
Ontbijt werd niet geserveerd, terwijl er wel een groot panflet op de receptiebalie stond dat anders suggereerde.
Prijs van de kamer was 200 euro per nacht (totaal 3 nachten) dan moeten dit soort dingen gewoon werken. Verder was hotel aftands, sleets, ook dat kan beter voor deze prijs.

酒店的門是用鑰匙開的，比較老，可能有人配了鑰匙，半夜有人偷偷把我們房門打開準備行竊，還好及時醒來發現了，建議不要入住

The hotel is dated but clean and had everything we needed, the only downside really were the pillows, which were extremely thin. The hotel is about an 8 min walk from the U Bahn, 30 mins ish from the main centre of Berlin. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
