The USB in the room is broken, so I have to plug it into the power ***** outside, which is a bit inconvenient (there's a cord and I can't close the capsule door) The inside of the capsule smells a bit sweaty

It's a different experience. I think everyone should experience it. It's also comfortable and nice, and the people at the reception are very attentive.

Ha sido una buena experiencia, volvería a repetir. La limpieza es muy buena, sobre todo en los baños. Por decir algún inconveniente diría que no tiene un lugar de estancia adecuada para comer o estar sentado.

Die Matratze war eine Katastrophe, viel zu dünn

Sehr nette Dame am Empfang. Kapsel is relativ komfortabel, die Matratze ist etwas zu dünn. Pluspunkte für die kostenlosen Handtücher jeden Tag und dafür, dass kein eigener Schloss für den eigenen Spind benötigt wird. Jede Toilette hat eine Dusche mit warmem Wasser und ist sehr geräumig. Sauberkeit in den Kapseln ist sehr gut, in den Gängen auch in Ordnung. In den Toiletten kommt es darauf an, welcher Gast vorher in der Toilette war. Bei mir war es nie allzu schlimm. Es liegt ein gewöhnungsbedürftiger Geruch in der Luft, was vorallem in der Kapsel und in der Toilette bemerkbar ist. Zudem ist kein Gemeinschaftsraum vorhanden. Die Kapseln sind nicht sehr schalldämmend, Ohrstöpsel sind zu empfehlen. Zusammenfassend war meine Bleibe zufriedenstellend. Die Privatsphäre in der Kapsel habe ich sehr geschätzt.

Overall great experience. Would definitely revisit for one-night stay in Berlin. You get what you pay for. If you are a sound sleeper and don't mind sacrificing a bit of space for the location, this is the place to be. Location - in city center and right next to the subway exit. The neighborhood looks a bit "Berlin-ish" at night but I heard it's actually in a safe area. A *****tore is located in the same building and a grocery store was also 3min walk. Cleanliness - The capsule itself was very clean. I liked the idea of capsule and how they replace the mattress every morning. However, the shower and toilet need more frequent cleaning. Nothing unpleasant, just a bit messy, so four stars. Service - great, they were the usual friendly hostel staff Facility - great. one star off because the ventilation of the capsule was not strong so I had to open the capsule a bit to get fresh air. The atmosphere is great and everyone was polite and quite, so I didn't have an issue. However, I could hear noise from outside and nearing capsules, so the sound isolation and privacy are somewhere between a cheap hotel room and a hostel dorm. which corresponds to the price.

Very cool experience. Would definitely go again. But their mattresses are super dull and alittle flat. Also the bathroom doesn’t have fan so it’ll be steamy inside the bathroom a lot. Doors are alittle hard to close. And only one air duct worked inside. HOWEVER, I would still go back because inside it was very clean and they washed the bathrooms daily. They give you a locker to store a carry on luggage. Go try it out!

Netter Service, alles sauber

It was quite cold in November without air conditioning, so I slept under a down jacket. There is no public space, just a place to live. The space is very limited, the air is not circulated, and there is a bit of a smell. It's okay for a night or two and the sleep is comfortable.
