I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, the ventilation in the capsule during our stay was very poor, it is not soundproof and you can hear the people outside talking very loud. We didn’t have the rest we needed during our stay. The lighting in the capsule was turning on and off on its own during our stay and it was annoying. There is also no socket for charging ours phones, yes they have built in charger with cables but it took us overnight to fully charge our phones! Coffee from the coffee machine is very overpriced. Zero star for this hotel! 👎

The soundproofing in the room was really poor; I could clearly hear people moving around and opening/closing doors upstairs. The bathroom had a sour smell, but it was otherwise clean. The location is a bit far from the bus and subway.

The 24-hour reception service is very convenient. I accidentally spilled food oil on the bed and reception staff immediately helped me change to a different room! I was worried that the air quality in the capsule hostel would be bad, but in reality, I turned up the fan to the maximum and the room air was okay.

pod was clean and decently comfy, yes the mattress is abit thin but it was still alright! noise level was minimum apart from the guy in the pod below snoring one night.. but if you are a light sleeper hostels arent for you anyways! toilets were amazing, i loved that there was a combined toilet+shower which felt very private 🙏🏻 mirror in the pod was really useful too. would 100% go back 👍🏻

Great value for money for a short stay. Staff was very kind, Bathrooms are spacious and can be locked.

My stay in the hostel was an experiment. I had not experienced the concept of a "capsule" accommodation before. The results are a bit of a mixed bag. The hostel is in an excellent location very close to the Gendarmenmarkt, restaurants and shopping. It was also clear that they take hygiene in their hostel seriously. Personnel is friendly but overall the service is what you would expect. The facilities and amenities are below par, I feel. I liked the shared bathrooms: spacious and practical. However the temperature of the water was lower than I would expect. There is no lobby to speak of or any real opportunity to just sit and talk for a while. And the lighting is kept (very) low so even typing on a laptop keyboard was difficult let alone read something from paper.. The capsule itself (where you sleep) is just big enough for someone my size (1,90m) to fit into the length of the capsule. Moving around and sitting was a little difficult.. In short, I don't think I will repeat this capsule concept experience any time soon.

The price is very convenient, especially considering the central location and if you are traveling solo. The structure is well organized and functional. I appreciated the bathroom concept - even though it’s shared, you have your own individual space, which gives you privacy and comfort. I stayed for 6 nights and always found the bathrooms to be very clean. It was also surprisingly quiet. I was able to sleep well every night. For more sensitive sleepers, they even provide earplugs. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and well structured place to stay in Berlin.

I expected a capsule hotel like in JP but it’s a hostel. The price wasn’t expensive so was okay but I wouldn’t really stay again and get a proper hotel. Bathroom - each has shower + toilet. Both mixed both M/F which I wasn’t very impressed with. But overall even though it was a shared, it was the best part of this stay. Pods - quite small. Mine specifically had the table inside broken and smelled a bit funny. Towels were free which is great at least. Location - not very far from things but hard to find (upstairs inside a warehouse looking building). Can still walk 30min into town + less than 10 min walk to metro but I would have preferred to stay somewhere else honestly if I had known. The guy at the counter was rude as well. It could be worse and was only 2 nights but wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay and felt like I was experiencing something out of the ordinary. I was a bit worried because some reviews mentioned the private rooms smelled, but my room was perfectly fine. However, all of the shared shower rooms had a sour, sweaty odor.
