The location of the hotel is good, and the attitude of the front desk is good. Other than that, it's really nothing special, and the price/performance ratio is not high. There is a small pool, but no gym. Breakfast is a la carte, not including tips, it is basically around $26, and the price is medium. But the service is not good, an old man who often orders wrong orders, and a young man who moves very slowly, if they can't wait for their service, they have to go there by themselves.

Room was very small. Carpet looked dirty/stained. Dusty cords. Furniture looked beat up. Small flies in shower. View of parking lot & dumpsters. Noisy when trash was picked up. Staff was friendly & helpful. Lobby & pool area was nice. Food was good.

Great location, the room was clean and comfy. Only complaint was could hear the people above walking around, woke me up in the morning. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Would stay here again

The overall experience was Average. Like many of your guests, I choose Mosaic because of its location near my Medical Clinic. The food service and selection was very limited. It appears that you cater to drinkers more than to food service. The Chef is off on Mondays, so they only provide sandwiches for Dinner. The maid threw away my hearing aids ($3000 loss) that I left on the sink counter. If you are looking for a place to just lay your head between medical procedures, the Mosiac is adequate.

Our room had outside access which the front desk person said would be very quiet. We heard sirens all night long and accessing the room was not convenient.

Room was very small, beds were uncomfortable, cheap mattresses. No bellhop services offered. 3 out of the 4 days we were there the restaurant was closed for dinner. For 2 people in our room we always were given 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and, 3 out of 4 days, one washcloth. I all say the housekeeping staff was very nice.

Good service. Unfortunately the smell in the room is definitely there and wouldn’t be tolerable for more than a night. Bedside charging ***** is broken. The “disposable” cup covers were old and used.

The only issue was the bathroom. the sink plug would not open so the water stayed in the sink. Also, we only received 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for two people. Other than that, it was great.
