We stayed here for one night , it's a very clean hotel . Lovely comfort beds . Nice bathroom with shampoo conditioner and shower gel . Free water Spacious rooms . Free wi fi in the room , TV, tea , coffee and sugar . Allowed us to leave the cases until 6pm when we left for the airport . Amazing location as you are on the main road to all the shops and bars . Staff very welcoming and helpful. We will return

Booked this hotel for 10 nights as a tourist with some friends , upon check-in we found hair in the room , in the sink , next to the bed , the hotel excuse was housekeeping supervisor was off that day , terrible service , no bathroom amenities not even toilet paper available, during our stay the hotel in charge Mr. MAASOOM called to inform us we need to change rooms immediately due to major leak that needs serious work to be fixed , then moved to a terrible DIRTY room again we had to clean ourselves. Luckily the same day we discovered that our room has been given to a family staying in the hotel and had major complaints so that was their compensation. Management Mr. Rezak and Mr. Maasoom were terribly rude and aggressive. We left the hotel 3 days before our check out date and they only reimbursed one night ( agreement was to refund 2 nights ) donno why the decided to take our money it was their mistake. Im sharing a picture of a can we found in our room upon check in .....i guess they missed it !!! DO NOT ever stay in this hotel , you will be Robbed by these people , its not safe and filthy and run by unprofessional people.

Honestly, the location is nice, close to Istiklal Street, but 20 meters away. The building is old, but renovated. Its price is excellent, but book it from the same hotel. The staff are excellent. The elevator is small and narrow, and there is some disturbance with loud music. But in general, the hotel is good for its price and its location close to all services.
