Good hotel

It was a nice stay we really enjoyed the place but still there are few things need to be improve as we look at the hotels environment somethings dosent fits well ( just basic maintained things)

We recently stay at Cozzet Victoria, and it turned out to be the most beautiful experience we could have imagined. The hotel itself is stunning, A special mention goes to Front office staff specially both females and F&B staff who was the backbone behind all our stay. From the Day-1 to they coordinated everything flawlessly. They attention to detail, calm approach, and commitment to making sure every element was executed perfectly truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay were smooth, timely, and absolutely spectacular. My families couldn’t stop appreciating the Stay and food and the overall vibe of the Hotel. Choosing Cozzet Victoria was one of the best decisions we made for our stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortably stay with exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team and especially Front office female attendant and F&B team for making our stay unforgettable!

The environment is excellent, the staff are genuinely very nice and welcoming, well maintained aswell, concerned about hygiene, it's top notch, The food here is also very nice! Absolutely recommended! Regards, Likhil Jayachandra

The room was clean which was the case every where in the entire premise too. Loved the hospitality and professionalism showcased by the staff.
