People in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for all purposes and hotel facilities are very good. Excellent food served every lunch and dinner, pasta corner was absolutely the best! Very good for families with children. We asked already to book a room for the next year!

Hotel provides a great service. I would rank it 9+ out of 10, having some room for improvement. On the downs: english translations at least for the food, better pillows in the room, noisy but not perfectly working flushing in the toilette, smoking outside could be restricted to some areas being disturbing around the pool and kids areas, parking is tight and could be assigned to room. Nothing of the downs made our stay less enjoying. The hotel provides excellent service for couples or families. All is clean, nicely renovated. Location is perfectly close to the beach and to shops. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was spacious eventhough we stayed in classic tripple with 2 kids, great wardrobe and nice balcony with pool view. Food was delicious and if something was missing you got it on request. Baby crib with mattrace, baby buggies, bikes, heated pool, safe on beach umbrella...all the small things that made our stay easy and relaxing. We enjoyed the stay very much and would reccomend to any of our friends. Next stay in Bibione our nr1 choice!

Very good position , close to the own beach.Hi quality sevices.Excellent food and bar. Outside hiteed pool and jacuzi extra bonus. Very relaxing .Bicycles at disposal , a good oportunity to explore Bibione.

Check-in was quick and easy, rooms are clean and bright, breakfast was adequate and good, dinner was varied and excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the head waiter Gabriel is the good soul of the team and always in a good mood. The location is very central, in a few minutes you are at the beach and if you go in the other direction, you are in the same time in the pedestrian zone, which is very busy in the evening. Only the parking spaces or the entrance and exit is not that easy to manage because it is quite narrow.

We have just stayed at Hotel Eden with a family friend. The check-in went smoothly and quickly, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, we can also confirm that the rooms are very noisy. The breakfast is sufficient and good. We remembered the nice service at the pool as particularly positive! We stayed at Hotel Eden for 5 nights. Service and restaurant were very friendly and courteous, the food was good, but waiting in line at the buffet was a little stressful. The receptionist received a lot of criticism from us, our room was very very noisy (the washing machine in the next room was extremely loud all night) we reported this to the reception, there was no reaction, and they didn't ask again, nothing at all! On the day of our departure, the same employee made our check-out, again no reaction, totally rude and cold. Had never experienced such a rude farewell in a hotel before. It's a pity for a 4 star hotel that a lot of catching up has to be done when welcoming guests and saying goodbye.

It is the fifth time that I spend a week at Eden with my family. As always, the welcome is impeccable. All very willing to satisfy any request. The cuisine with always refined dishes and many varieties, from the buffet of appetizers and vegetables to desserts, passing from the first and second courses always served on the plates and prepared on the spot. The room with kind staff and always very attentive towards customers. Nice and spacious family room. I highly recommend it.
