房間很大，還有個浴缸，前台服務人員非常好熱情，房間內衞生也乾淨酒店整體來説還不錯，唯一不足的是沒有晚餐。但我們是大年三十住的這個酒店，外圍周邊飯店都沒開門，當時在攜程上訂酒店時説的很明白有餐廳提供就餐，但到了本酒店餐廳不開門，沒辦法走了4裏地找了個外婆家味道，菜價明碼標價服務人員説雙倍收費，沒想到還有這樣的飯店。到了招商街看到一家火鍋店開門，一問説不接客最後看到一家麥當勞才吃到年夜飯。本來想着酒店在畢節是排榜第一的沒想到還會有這樣的事情發生。很失望。

酒店地理位置優越，交通方便，酒店整體的佈局還不錯，大堂寬敞明亮，所有服務方面也做得還不錯，停車場也很方便停車，入住感覺像回家一樣，，入住酒店感到很温馨很舒適，也可能是住了兩天的的原因，已經習慣這個酒店的一切了。

酒店位置比較好，房間比較新，而且枕頭也是我喜歡的偏硬的枕頭和偏硬的床，睡覺的質量會比較高，服務態度挺好的，會提前詢問。喜歡硬枕頭還是軟枕頭？而且整個流程都比較滿意，下次過去出差還是不會做這個酒店，而且下午的下午茶也沒用，

這家酒店在畢節應該算是比較高檔的了，房間設施很復古，但是十分乾淨，床品和毛巾都雪白雪白的，用起來很放心。窗簾完全不漏光，可以睡到自然醒，這點很重要。地理位置非常好，交通方便，離區政府和美食廣場很近，酒店前台曉曉和婭玲服務特別好 真的很讓人感動。

地理位置非常好，離商場和區政府特別近，房間客廳沙發可以再睡一個人。套房一室一廳雙衞，單淋浴間。總體配置還行。裝修風格很獨特現在很有新年的氛圍，床頭的插頭位置在牀頭櫃旁，用起來很方便。早餐豐盛，入住時，前台人員服務特別好，特別是黃秋梅，點個贊早餐豐盛，種類還比較多，味道可以。很滿意

如果説我給五星評價，那極不符合實際，沒有餐廳管理人員HD很好的補救措施點贊。但是，酒店真的太差。服務員、保安一點服務意識都沒有，我要行李車居然跟我説：旁邊有您自己推。早餐更不想提，喜來登管理集團撤了，換了新的老闆接手攜程要弄清楚。這酒店離星遠着呢。

五星的設施，一星的服務，0星的管理。1.地下停車場不通客房，全是灰塵黴味，沒有人指引 2.酒店未按預訂預留房間，謊稱免費升級套房，結果一開門，下水道返味撲面而來，小朋友直呼太臭了 3.前台説為表示歉意，送一個果盤，結果退房都沒有送到 4.房間淋浴間洗澡積水 5.被子不透氣，空調噪音也大。

不知道4.7分是怎麼來的，這是此次貴州之行我住的最差的酒店！酒店的硬件設施本來還算一般，但是服務超級差，地面停車場被圍了一大片，説是留給政府會議，要求停地下停車場，結果開到地下車庫才發現一股黴味兒，還不能直達酒店。幾個穿白襯衣的保安坐在地面停車場打堆聊天都不曉得給客人提示一下停地下可以把行李先取下來，也沒有人幫忙運送行李。房間窗户沒有把手，要關閉還要請服務員帶工具來關，真的是奇葩！8點用早餐時發現有個別服務員站沒站像，大清早就湊一起聊天！唯一好印象的是酒店門口穿棗紅衣服的守地面停車場的大爺，離店的時候飄雨，他見我們裝行李上車，主動給我們打傘，服務的2分就是給他的。不會再來住了！
