Lovely to place to stay and explore the old town of Bilbao. A small fridge would have been excellent.

Rooms are small but it’s exactly all I needed as I was out most of the time doing stuff! Bed was comfortable and the only issue I had was the air conditioner kept shutting off every 20mins, and with no windows to ventilate, the room became stuffy so I was getting up through the nights to reactivate it - hotel advised it was because I hadn’t set it right but I could t find any instructions on how to change it successfully and had it set for very cool. Location is the best one I’ve had in Spain, so even with the air condition issue I would stay again as it’s right at the plaza nueva with everything you need 5 steps away!

We had a comfortable one night stay here. The rooms were clean and the aircon made a difference at night.

Excellent location, quiet, clean and affordable. Wifi works well. Check-in can be done remotely and you receive the code for the doors. Located on the 1st floor with elevator available. Great place to explore Bilbao from. Highly recommended.

Great location by old town square and short walk to metro. Check-in was easy, Alberto was very helpful and responded quickly to our emails. The place was perfect..clean, lots of character in the building and had all of the amenities. Would stay here again.

Room was small but well organised and air conditioning worked well. Price was very fair.The code entry was good. Great location in centre of old town.

If you want to be in the center of the oldest area of Bilbao-this is your place. We loved every minute here, plus they had the best mattresses of our trip to Spain

Online check-in was easy. Did not see a single staff person during the stay, and it was great. Location could not have been in a better place for food or shopping. We were surrounded by pintxo bars.

Habitacion conn todo lo necesario çara uns eshancia breve en Bilbao...

Sono rimasta molto delusa dalla pensione a Bilbao che ho prenotato per il mio soggiorno. Purtroppo, mia figlia ha avuto un incidente e gli è stato prescritto un periodo di riposo di 15 giorni, quindi abbiamo dovuto annullare la prenotazione. Abbiamo inviato alla struttura il certificato del pronto soccorso pediatrico che attestava la situazione, ma nonostante ciò, la pensione non ha accettato la richiesta di cancellazione senza penale. Siamo rimasti molto delusi dalla mancanza di empatia e comprensione da parte della struttura. Non ci aspettavamo di essere trattati in questo modo, soprattutto in una situazione così delicata. La pensione ha dimostrato di non avere alcun interesse per il benessere dei propri clienti e di essere interessata solo al profitto. Non consiglio assolutamente questa pensione a nessuno. La mancanza di rispetto e di comprensione dimostrata nei nostri confronti è inaccettabile e non merita di essere supportata. Spero che la struttura possa migliorare il proprio atteggiamento nei confronti dei propri clienti in futuro.

Comodidad y cercanía a todo Bilbao.

La habitación es preciosa y moderna. El baño también muy bonito. Sol, la chica que nos atendió, un encanto. Nos indicó muchos lugares para visitar y comer en Bilbao. La cama, almohadas, cojines, todo muy cómodo. Todo muy limpio. Un detalle tener cafetera con cápsulas de café, leche y azúcar. Y en el baño hay jabón y secador con difusor para pelo rizado. La pensión está en el centro del casco antiguo, en la esquina de la Plaza Nueva. Justo este fin de semana que estuvimos era Carnaval y había mucho ambiente. Nos ha encantado y seguro que repetiremos.
