"Nice hotel and room. The coffee downstairs was quite good. Excellent location. The heating, adjustable from the room, was quiet and efficient. The only downsides were that the mattress was a bit hard and that we were given a room with a bathroom adapted for disabled people."

"There were major difficulties with check-in. I never received the check-in instructions, even though I had completed the required pre-arrival registration (which is mandatory before arrival!). I had to make phone calls and wait outside for half an hour because I couldn’t get inside. The room had only one ceiling window that couldn’t be covered. The soundproofing was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel ‐ it was a bad experience"

"Avoid at all costs! This hostel is a complete scam. We paid for two nights, but when we arrived, they didn’t even have beds for us. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. To make things worse, we never got our money back. They take your payment and then leave you stranded with nowhere to stay. As two young girls we ended up in a nightmare.Don’t be fooled by the photos or description — it might look like a nice hostel online, but the reality is a nightmare. Save yourself the stress and book literally anywhere else."

"It was a pretty satisfying stay. Internet is very good and the bed/chair are comfortable. Check in was easily arranged too and there was no issues. Minor negative is that the room is too dark and there is no fridge. - However I guess that is expected with the price. Most annoyingly this is the first ever hotel I have been where they restrict the internet! Even worse they have the cheek to block certain VPN protocols. Pathetic, too need to use a VPN to fully use the internet! Nanny hotel!"
