Radisson Collection Hotel, Gran Via Bilbao

The location is extremely good, as it is just next to the bus stop of the Bizkaibus A3247 (Aerobus), adjacent to the metro station, with a walking distance to the amazing Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. The hotel is stylish and the room is spacious. Everything are fine.

Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping district and close to bars and eateries.  Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a bath which is unusual but well received. About 20 mins in a taxi from Bilbao airport.  Service was good at check in/out.  Roof top bar is a nice offer with a variety of drinks.  I would stay here again.

Really nice hotel in the centre of Bilbao. Old Town and other tourist locations are all within walking distance. Good breakfast and cosy rooms. Will stay again. Thank you

Really bad exprience for this level of hotel. We have stayed in an upper level room, supposedly a more expensive room for 3 night stay, but it the time with cold bath water, not even once we had hot water. Also, the level above is the rooftop (we were at the 6th level) and It isn’t very well constructed or isolated, as it is all the time, even at night, with all the noise of furniture dragging, like tables or chairs, and we can’t rest properly. Also, for this kind of hotel, they charge you for the use of spa facilities, you need to reserve first , and they are really picky on the agenda availability. Positive points: location and cleanness. All in all, a really bad deal for this level of price hotel.

very nice hotel, bath tub was very nice and so was the shower. great for our stay.

Honestly this doesn't deserve its 5 star. Location and decor is nice but everything else fails at all levels especially customer service. Arrive during summer european heat wave. Air con in first room was broken. We were asked to wait to see if it improved...it did not... Moved to another room which was marginally better at best with temperature around 24-25 degrees. Spoke to front desk and they said this was best they could do and we were unlucky..... How is that appropriate? On top of that asked to speak to manager, leaving 2 contact numbers and email.....never heard from them..
