La verdad que elevado el precio para las prestaciones que tiene. Se trata de un edificio en el casco antiguo de Bilbao, reformado para el turismo. Habitaciones muy pequeñas sin aire acondicionado y sin ascensor. El ascensor no es tan importante porque las habitaciones están en la Segunda y tercera planta pero el aire acondicionado si que lo echamos de menos. Hace bastante calor en verano y solo un ventilador, puede que la estancia no sea tan agradable. Por otro lado, el estar en pleno centro, como la habitación no sea interior, el ruido de los bares al medio día y la noche es tremendo. La chica de recepción muy amable, la segunda noche al quejarnos del ruido, nos cambió la habitación por una interior que mejoró bastante el tema del precio. Aún así, el precio lo veo desproporcionado

Perfect location in the heart of “Casco Viejo”, small and clean room with all the commodities , small and clean bathroom , tv, wifi, no a/c but room has a very efficient ceiling fan. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so get ready to climb stairs. You can't get there by car, the hotel has an agreement with a parking lot located 8 minutes walk away.

The good things were the beds were really comfortable and the staff couldn't be more helpful with my many queries.
What wasnt so good was the size of the room- its was TINY even tho i booked a double for myself, and it was noisy- both from the street and other residents.
I wouldnt stay again - it just wasnt memorable or that comfortable- no place for luggage but the floor, one little hard chair, and having someone always sitting at a desk right outside your door makes it difficult to relax.
Im sure there are better options in Bilbao at this price range

Very comfortable accommodation while a little compact. Was very clean and staff had great English and were very friendly. It is in the old town in a great location and close to trains. Definitely would stay here again and no problem recommending

Hotel was in perfect location and very clean and gracious staff. Room was tiny, and only lighting was overhead ceiling light. Really should have bedside reading lights.

Decent little room with shower, 2 fans, TV and safe. Comfortable bed, clean and quiet - staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, lovely place.

Good if you just need a simple room in the old city. I liked that the bed was very comfortable and that even though the room faced the street, it got quiet around 11. I didn’t like that the room and especially the bathroom was very cramped. While not a problem during my stay, the room does not have AC.
