The rooms have been updated and it was very pleasant. The view from our window over the bay was beautiful. All the staff was friendly.

Always a wonderful experience. Had a little trouble with the elevators due to repairs, however would not deter me from coming back!

Very clean and comfortable. It is a ****** so lots of options for eating and gamble. I would recommend it to anyone. Great value.

This hotel is very luxurious experience. Everything from check in to check out was specified to accommodate me. Restaurants and bars available on site, along with the ****** and spa.

Gave us wrong room number had to go back down. Very secretive about what happened and no apology as my husband had all our luggage waiting outside of the wrong room

Dining options were not great. Wait times and sraff were average. Could have been a little friendlier and informative. Room was nice but too warm on arrival. The temp was set on 74. Locked. I had to call to have it changed . It was changed to 62 but was never what i expected.b.j, just dudnt feel like 62 degrees. Bathroom lighting was poor. Beds were comfortable.

Beds hard might as well be sleeping on the floor concrete. Elevators weren't working properly. Electrical issues with sockets in rooms I was moved to another room same issue. Really need a update to the rooms honestly.

I was traveling alone as a 74 year old and always felt safe going to and from ******, parking lot and hotel hallways. Once in my room, everything I requested was brought to me within 5 to 10 minutes, water, coffee, towels, etc. I kinda wish they had a small food court, but the Potato Soup in the restaurant is the absolute best.

Currently they are doing elevator maintenance so 15 minutes just to get the ****** floor. The beds were as hard as a rock as well as the pillows. We were there for a convention and everyone said the same about their beds. Would not recommend.
