The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to "construction" or "remodeling," so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

The lady at the front desk we had when we checked in was very polite and informative. We had the breakfast at the bar from Cora’s and it was amazing. The staff have all been super friendly and we have enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property.

They wouldn’t let me check in and I lost my 671.00 dollars. I had to find another hotel. Even though I revived messages from them I was checked in. I’m highly upset.

Didn't have the restaurant open for dinner.
The overall experience was good,. I have stayed here before and ate dinner and then brkfst in the morning and it was exceptional. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open for the dinner service.
