Premier Suites Birmingham

Premier Suites Birmingham offered a comfortable and affordable night's accomodation. Right near the Bullring in the Chinatown district, we were able to rent two single-bedroom suites for ourselves and our teenage children for less than a single room in London. Each room was appropriately appointed with separate bed and living/dining areas, hot showers and full security. There was no after hours service and the very limited parking spaces need to be booked in advance, but there is parking available at a nearby facility for a discounted rate. Overall it was a pleasant night's stay for a very good rate.

Service was good & quick staff very friendly food good , Breakfast was very good lots to choose from & plenty. Room adequate. The only downside we was right opposite night club music booming out to early hours of the morning. But would stay again but make sure we have other side of hotel.

My partner and myself stayed here two nights during the middle of the week. We immediately loved the style of the room with the old beams and four poster bed. We were extremely grateful for the heating being on all evening as it was very cold outside! Also the kettle for making our own tea was a great bonus. The bathrooms are not far from the room and the shower was powerful and got lovely and hot. I needed more than one pillow but I forgot to ask. Apart from that, it was very comfortable and we didn't experience any noise. A really lovely stay, thank you!

This apart-hotel is very centrally located, and it is easy to get around on foot for shopping, dining, bars, entertainment, and more. The property itself is in a pedestrianised area, which is great as you do not have to dodge traffic while getting back to your apartment in the dark! The reception area is very simple and minimalist, which is also great because you can head straight for the lift rather than having lots of distractions every step of the way. The reception team was always polite and professional. When we checked in, our room was not ready, but when we returned after lunch, they had already taken our cases up to the apartment for us. The apartment itself was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. We had a clubman apartment, which had the added bonus of a nice large bathtub. The bedroom was small but perfectly fine for our 4-night stay. The kitchen area had everything you need to cook for yourself if you wish, although we did not cook at all. There was a juicer and coffee machine but no instructions. As we are clueless about such things, we ended up using neither. The views from the apartment are stunning, particularly at night when everything is lit up. It was a lovely, relaxed stay and I would definitely stay at these apartments again for the comfort, convenience, and location.

The hotel is about a 10 mins walk to Chinatown. We can find many varieties of Asian and local cuisine. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, check in and out seamless. A value for money for a simple and short hotel stay 👍🏻

In general, this hotel was worth booking. The staffs there were very kind and helpful. The foods served in breakfast were so far so good. The family room was tidy but could be a much better for the general hygiene condition. In view of the price for the room, it worth for a family to have a short stay in here
