酒店沒有暖氣！高原的夜晚特別冷，酒店衹提供電熱毯。浴室的浴霸是擺設，因為電路有問題，根本不能用。攜程上的照片很誘人，其實冷得沒法洗澡，也沒法住。酒店的前台説整個鄉電有問題，所有的酒店都沒有暖氣。後來，找到幾步之遙的比如薩普大酒店，人家牆上掛的暖氣特別暖和。要求酒店退房，酒店扣除80%的違約金。

沒有熱水沖涼（該酒店回答是正常），酒店員工在門口大聲講細聲笑（隔音非常差），沒有經過同意酒店員工自己開門進入酒店房間，經過這次入住，只想快些離開西藏。

房間乾淨整潔，大床很舒服，衞生很乾凈，有熱水，朋友推薦來的，來西藏旅遊的基本都住他們這兒，滿分，體驗感極好。

衞生很乾凈，房間夠大，有暖氣，熱水好，服務員幫我們拿行李，酒店還有包車可以去薩普神山，吃飯也很方便

雖然對這地方的艱苦條件有預期，當進去那一客……一言難盡……全屋子就一個燈，衞生間算是管子，房間臟得不行，還有之前顧客鑷子，這破地方怎麼敢賣這價錢的

#負評#對隔音，梳洗用品失望；有一说一房间是真的大，就是这个厕所挺有意思的，感应灯！鼓励式卫生间，开关不好用，边上卫生间边鼓掌。没有风暖，只有一个感应灯，也是服了，最无奈的就是这个清扫阿姨，不管你退没退房，刷卡开门就近，9:20之前进来两次，招呼也没有，关门就走，我们住店是休息，不是让你催着退房的，能不能考虑一下，总体来说200多的房间根本不适合，在加100看看其他的吧，对了还没吹风机
