A lovely lovely welcome from the host Liz on our arrival. The room for the 4 of us was ideal, perfect for the night’s stay. A great breakfast set us up for day. Clean, great value for money, near to centre, would definitely book again, thanks Liz

So glad we chose this hotel for our anniversary weekend away. Lisa and Mark gave us the warmest of welcomes. Our room number one on the first floor is at the back of the hotel so no traffic noise it was lovely and quiet. The breakfast is not included in the room booking price but I can highly recommend booking it as it’s a hearty full English or can be changed for any breakfast combination you choose. My wife loves poached eggs and this wasn’t a problem for Mark who’s cooking is first class. The location is fantastic so close walking distance to all central promenade bars and of course the tower. Maxine and I can highly recommend the franklyn hotel it’s a ten out of ten especially for the service you get.

Lovely little place run by Lisa and her husband. They both made us feel very welcome and were extremely good with our young children. Spotlessly clean throughout and serves an excellent breakfast. Location is perfect for the tower and central activities.

We had a warm welcome from the friendly hosts , my room was compact but had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean . The en-suite although small had everything I needed and was also spotlessly clean . The additional plug in heater in the room was a nice touch although I didn’t need it . The breakfast was lovely. The hotel was a short walk from Blackpool tower and there was a pay and display car park opposite the hotel . The hosts Mark and Lisa gave some great local advice on places to go ( not just the typical beachfront places ) the small bar in the hotel was nice with good choices and reasonable prices too . I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area . After speaking to Lisa I can understand why she gets a lot of repeat visitors . Keep up the great work Lisa and Mark

Absolutely phenomenal hosts (nothing was too much trouble at all) rooms were immaculately clean, shower was powerful, breakfast was amazing (good portion sizes), on-site bar with a good selection, the hotel that was a very ideal location. It was walking distance to all our favourite bars, restaurants, shops and attractions Will be definitely recommending to family, friends and acquaintances

Stayed here many times and every time it is brilliant the hosts mark n Lisa are amazing will go above and more to make your stay pleasant nothing is too much the breakfast is lovely and the rooms are very clean and well stocked I.e tea/coffee milk sugar ……….i even get my own cup 👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel was a great B&B. The landlady was marvellous. Rooms comfortable, warm and very clean. Breakfast was as you'd imagine. I would stay here again

Have just spent 4 days at the Frankly Hotel with my family and what an amazing place to say. Lisa and Mark are absolutely fantastic and nothing is never to much trouble for them, always on hand to help and make the stay with them a pleasant one, Rooms are always clean and tidy and always with everything that’s needed. Breakfast is always the best and never ever to much trouble for them to cater for what you request. Would 100% request a stay for anyone at the Franklyn Hotel such a family friendly place.

Nice little b&b in Blackpool! 10 min walk from coral island .. Great owners Lisa & mark really friendly and welcoming . Another great stay here! Highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Blackpool to book here. 10/10 great rates! Great breakfasts

very clean and convenient for sea front and central. Room was quite small but all was good for our two night stop over. Nice comfy bed and en suite shower .Well thought out colour scheme and nice thick clean comfy carpet. Breakfast was yummy. Hot.Fresh, Well cooked and nothing to much trouble for the hosts WOULD STRONGLY RECCOMEND .

Lovely room layout. Very clean with lovely owners who are very friendly and have great service. Stayed in the family room and asked for a cot for our little one. As requested she got a cot, blanket and pillow with no fuss.

Lisa & Mark are great hosts and go above & beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Mark cooks a great breakfast, Lisa makes sure everyone has everything they need. They are a great team. The hotel location is great (5 mins from the tower) there is a car park opposite the hotel (£17 for 48 hrs) Will 100% return!

Stayed at The Franklyn at the end of May with family for a few days away during the school holidays. Lovely and clean, breakfast was great and the location is fantastic taking just 5 - 10 minutes to walk to coral island / the beach. Above all else, the hosts make this place - Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive until the second that you leave. We have stayed at other b&b’s in Blackpool but we won’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend!

Clean and friendly hotel, very close to public car parking. Short distance to the coral island and other major attractions. I would recommend this b+b and would not hesitate in booking again on my next visit
