"The room is so spacious. Couple of gripes are i was unable to have a coffee as the kettle had seen better days and was really grubby inside. When we got out of the lift at floor 1 there was an overwhelming smell of ******** as if someone had been smoking it in their room. We just looked at eachother as it is a personal dislike of that smell. Its very distinguished and lingers - the smell remained each time we got out of the lift. Service was impeccable."

"Everything is good except the bed sheet, it kept slipping off after sleeping in. It's a flat sheet too small to tie down on the edge and corners. We asked the staff for help and we tried to do it ourselves but it was not fixable because the flat sheet is just too small to secure the bed coverage. The staff members are super friendly and they do try their best to help you. The spa in the hotel is also great. Overall the experience is beyond expectations. The location is also great and safe. "

"Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues. **Positive:** 1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day. 2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. 3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area. 4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection. **Negatives:** 1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room. 3. The bar was very quiet, and we were so bored that we didn't visit again."

"The service was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Choice of food at breakfast was very good. Our room was fairly spacious with a large bed, some wear and tear in the room, bathroom light switch was sort of loose and window external was filthy, window ledge (wood) in poor nick. Evening meals, good choices available and pricing was reasonable, overall we would return to this hotel and I would recommend it to friends and family."

"Myself and my husband stayed her 22nd to 24th May. Steve and Elaine made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, very spacious and had everything you needed. Bed was very comfy and shower was fab, stayed hot unlike most you get. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice from fruit, yoghurt and cereal to hot cooked selection. Will be back next year. Highly recommended. Rooms are exactly like the website."

"It is a far better hotel than reviews suggest. The rates are really great. Rooms are clean and although the bar is not open, you can buy drinks from reception 24/7. On top of this it is located just a few minutes walk from the Winter Gardens."

"We bought a bottle of French Champagne for 200 GBR and it was spoiled. We returned the bottle . Manager (the Turkish guy) accepted the problem , promised to resolve the matter next day. However, next day denied the problem and was lying that the bottle was not spoiled. No cash refund, no bottle replacement was offered. Do not buy any beverages there you can get health issues."

"A wonderful hotel family oriented close to the Pleasure Beach. Nothing was too much trouble for the welcoming hosts Tony and his charming wife. Breakfasts were superb, certainly set you up for the day. Large and Plentiful. Hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the Pleasure Beach and South Pier. I would give this property and the hosts 5 stars. Would I stay again definitely"

We were greeted with a smile by the owner, who was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a spacious, sea view room. It was clean, large enough to sleep 5. The bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of hot drink supplies. The toiletries provided were fantastic. Very happy with the price and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you Vinnie's, it's been great."
