While the parking lot had lots of potholes (thus the 4 smiling faces), the room was very nice and was clean.
I was very happy with the room.
The reason I only gave 4 for service was the guy at the front desk was not very welcoming and pleasant, but did a good job.

Food offered at breakfast, wouldn’t pass at most hotels. Hot food was warm at best, cold cereal was old.

The ice machine down the hall and all the lamps in my room were unplugged and it was difficult to plug them in . The lighting fixtures over the door frame in the hall were falling down.

We stayed in January and were not impressed with the over all service of the hotel. The staff members not friendly and the breakfast could have had a larger variety to choose from. Room cleaners were neglect in the duties missing on small obvious supplies.

Do not stay here. We found a bed bug and I have been going back and forth on emails trying to get a refund on my rooms. They rooms are not cleaned properly, we found stains on the sheets, curtains and on bathroom doors. Also found food on the floor. I have never had this experience at a hotel ever.

We stay at this hotel every time we are in Minneapolis. They are consistent with their service and we will definitely return. Very good for the price. Staff is very nice.

We really appreciated the pet policy. All were on one floor - 2nd - which made it easy to go out and surprisingly, we rarely heard barking. The staff was all especially nice. Breakfast was good. The only thing missing was a whirlpool spa. Location was good for our purposes but if you want restaurants or bars or stores within walking distance, it's a bit of a hike.

Used to be our “go to” hotel for our many trips per year to Minneapolis…no more!
After a full day of flying we arrived back to Minneapolis just after midnight and called the hotel for the courtesy shuttle. We were told it would be just over 30 min due to a high volume of incoming flying travellers. Understandable! After 45 min, I called back and was left on hold for 13 minutes without speaking to the front desk. I hung up and called back and immediately spoke with the apologetic front desk worker. He said he would call the shuttle immediately. When the shuttle finally arrived the driver told us he was just called to pick us up! It was a full 90 min from the initial call to us arriving at the hotel. The front desk attendant did apologize and for our “convenience” we were already checked in.
