設施比較舊，大廳、電梯有點異味，但這個價格算是這樣的了。我不知道那40平方米是怎麼算出來的，計公攤面積嗎？25平方米我還有點相信。

第2次預訂這家酒店了。地理位置還挺好找。主要是方便停車。不過車位實在是有點少。有時候還要要到去錦綉那邊停車，而且裏面好多私家車位都不太方便停。一分錢一分貨，設施還算齊全。衹不過廁所的洗浴裝備有點老舊了，希望可以更換一下。前台服務方面也不錯。然後清潔阿姨那邊也很熱心，很迅速。

連續住了三天都不能通融，延遲退房。還要收20塊錢。打掃衞生就換床單被套，服務員服務員根本就沒換。衞生差的要命，裝修要老舊。

屋裡有蚊子 用那個蚊香薰也不好用給孩子咬好多大包 窗户沒有紗窗 兩間房有一間房窗户還關不嚴 屋裡設施老化看着很舊 床單被罩算是乾淨枕頭那個有些泛黃了 價位不是很高 不過一路走過來同等價位算是是住的最差的酒店了 屋裡還有小蟑螂 爬到我那個化粧包裏了 真無語 設施我給五顆星 有免費停車場 有電梯 熱水還是非常不錯的一直有還很熱 沒有無障礙通道門口還是有台階 服務不錯 收拾衞生的阿姨和門口吧枱的小姐姐態度都非常好
