The Zest is a gem of a hotel on the coast to the west of Bodrum. This was our seventh visit to this hotel run by Victoria and Mustafa. If you are looking for a holiday with friendly staff and good service, nothing is too much trouble - this is the place. The rooms are spacious and kept spotless. Linen is changed every two days and beach towels are available daily from reception. We can only repeat what the previous reviewer has said. • Warm friendly service • Attention to detail • Great food • Perfect location – right on the beach - you can sit with your feet in the sea • Quiet and authentic area – not commercial or too busy • Light touch of engagement and interaction • Continuously clean and tidy • Great value The hotel can arrange for a taxi from Bodrum airport at a very reasonable price. We are returning with friends in September for a week prior to a Gulet cruise, and will hopefully be there again in 2024.

I stayed with my husband and son for 10 nights. The Good We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely. We were on the 3rd floor and there are no lifts. This could be troublesome for some people. It was fine for us. The grounds, the beach and the pool areas were fantastic. We loved the adult pool and spent a lot of time on the beach. The coffee shop was great. The downstairs bar was really good in the evening and had very friendly staff. They would always remember your drinks order. Lots of fridges around the resort where you could help yourself to bottled water. Table tennis, pool table and shop on site (there are no prices on anything, so please barter) The Bad The major issue which really let the resort down for us was the buffet food. It was repetitive, bland and labelled incorrectly a lot of the time. We did not find the staff very friendly. We went to the A La Carte Seafood restaurant where all the staff were really happy and welcoming in the evening. We visited the snack bar the next day with the same staff members who reverted back to type of being miserable again. Full marks goes to the guy who works at the bar in the buffet restaurant, he took rudeness to a whole new level. He was obnoxious to the point where we didnt even want to go up and ask for a drink. We were always friendly and said please and thank you so not sure what his problem was. I have never in all my years of travel encountered anyone so rude in hospitality. The rest of the staff in the buffet restaurant stand around most of the time, don't clear tables quick enough but try and take your plates, glasses etc.....when you haven't finished eating or drinking. In my opinion, this is not a 5* ultra all inclusive resort. As a resort it was fantastic but the food and some of the staff really let it down. For this reason, I would not return.

Thanks to a hotel with a word I can say great, especially the service team was great, we were very pleased, especially for our director's interest in the gentleman Slim, his gulery and the focus on the solution, our gentleman Oyz, and the same way thanks to the kitchen. good delicious food presentations I strongly recommend if your way falls to the basement ...

The rooms were clean, the common use areas were clean. The staff was a mask. The sea was clean and suitable for the children's families. The beach was very much out of the area. We didn't have a bad time to get a place on the beach for we're early wake up, but we've been realised that the hotel staff had a bad time to keep a place for patterns from outside. The only criticism breakfast could have been a little weak, more cozy. The pandemic is the result of the staffing of the samples made from the hungry buffet, which can create a little intensity in it. We were happy with every body we tried from the downstairs menu on the beach, the prices, unfortunately, are in the basement standards. The pandemic offers safe holidays, which was the most important increase for me.
