"Stay away from this hotel! The worst hotel I have ever seen! If I could give a zero score, I would without a second thought. We have been on holiday in Bodrum every summer since 1999, but this is the first time we have had such a bad experience. This year we chose Mia Hill Suites Bodrum to be in the city center (we booked a family room including breakfast between July 22-29, 2025). Negatives: 🔹 The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. The current state is absolutely not the same as the photos on the internet, it is misleading. 🔹 The TV wasn't working. It was broken for the first 2-3 days, we reported it, they said “it was fixed”, but now we can only watch 1 channel. We reported it to the reception several times. One day the remote control was broken, the next day it was a new TV, they couldn't understand… A continuous excuse. 🔹 There is no cleaning. They said the room is only cleaned if you request it. Despite our repeated requests, it is still not done on our 5th day. 🔹 The staff is indifferent. Every day we get the answer from the reception “I’ll look into it right away, brother”, but no results. The staff walk around with cigarettes in their hands, it’s unclear what they’re doing. 🔹 The breakfast is an absolute disgrace. The plates, glasses, forks and spoons are unhygienic; they are all different, as if they were collected from a second-hand place. The daily breakfast included: • Stale bread, • Tiny dry bagel pieces, • A few olives of unknown origin, • Unfresh cheese, • Cucumbers and tomatoes that looked like they were left over from the day before. 🔹 The towels were dirty. They brought them when we asked, but they were all stained. The first day we tried to look for other hotels, but it was impossible to find a family room in the city center, so we had to stay. It’s truly surprising that a hotel like this is run. It was a terrible experience for us, never again! 📌 The photos are attached in the comments. We don’t even want to take photos of this “unique” breakfast anymore because it got worse and worse."

"It was a perfect stay for 1 week: 1. Very tasty breakfast 2. Gorgeous view from terrace 3. Nice pool to spend time in 4. Very helpful owner, which helped us with everything: laundry, cheaper taxi, transfer... 5. Very comfortable room (superior room) - a lot of space Only minuses will be: 1. A lot of stairs up and down each time you want to leave hotel 2. Strange cleaning service: first time it was proposed without preparing in the afternoon when we were sleeping. Next time they also asked about cleaning after we came to the room after the sea and wanted to rest. Last day they suddenly lost their keys to the room.... So the drain in the shower wasn't cleaned and was clogged, not so pleasant. In all other aspects everything was good! Would recommend and come again!"

"THE WORST ACCOMMODATION I HAVE EVER SEEN, As a hotelier I must say with regret that, instead of choosing the hotel for its cheap price and central location, if they give you a hotel room for 10 TL, it would be a pity for your ten liras... Uncouth and uneducated staff, moldy and stained, uncleaned bathrooms. The double beds that are joined from a single bed open between them, a terrible bedspread and pillows like pita bread. The paper-like room door, all the noises are everywhere... The worst part is that the price they gave me on the phone was 2000 TL, when I went there they turned into the sentence "let me help you for 2300". He stubbornly tells me that this is my double room price... We asked you for the double room price on the phone and we specifically stated that WE DO NOT WANT TWO SEPARATE SINGLE BEDS JOINED. The worst part is that I am trying to explain our phone conversation to the strange gentleman at the reception, he does not let me, he does not listen. After the receptionist finished his nonsense talk (normally it was 3600 liras but it would have been 2300 liras for us but we made the reservation for 2000 liras) and fraudulent behavior, I asked "Can I talk? I listened to you, can you listen to me now" and tried to explain the price and details that were told to me on the phone... Uneducated staff... A very different hotel from the photos. Believe me, IT IS NOT WORTH STAYING EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. We changed our hotel immediately, you can find many friendly and caring hostels with or without pools within 200 meters. I hope the owner of the hotel is aware of the hotel staff and the situation. May Allah forgive him, it is very bad."

"I stayed at Arin Hotel for a week as a solo traveller, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. In my opinion, this is a maximum 3-star hotel. • Staff: Ramazan, Ayub and the spa gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. Please look after these staff members and tip those who genuinely make an effort. However, reception staff were ignorant and unhelpful, and clearly need customer service training. • Room & Cleanliness: Dirty bathroom on arrival, with hairs from previous guests on the walls. The room was small, noisy, facing the road instead of the promised garden view, and freezing at night. The heating didn’t work, and the extra blanket arrived without a cover. The hotel desperately needs renovation. • Facilities: The gym was disgustingly dirty until I requested cleaning. The outdoor pool was freezing cold, there was no indoor pool, and Turkish bath access was limited to 30 minutes during my stay, excluding treatments. The pool area was overcrowded, and if you wanted a sunbed in September, you had to put your towels down as early as 8 am to secure one. Otherwise, you risked not getting a sunbed at all. This was disappointing and made relaxing by the pool difficult. • Food: Repetitive food, limited meat options and empty buffet containers that I repeatedly had to ask staff to refill. Breakfast and dinner were overcrowded, making it difficult to find a table. The à la carte meal was lovely, but I found it rude that staff asked everyone else where they would like to sit, but not me. Instead, I was directed to a middle table without a view simply because I was dining alone. I refused and found the way I was treated very rude. • Wi-Fi: Almost unusable, disconnecting every 2–3 minutes. I had to spend £25 on an Airalo eSIM for my stay. • Location: The biggest positive. Restaurants, bars, shops and pharmacies are within walking distance, two supermarkets are right outside, and the bus station provides access to central Bodrum. Final photo is the chicken snack at bar, it was awful and cold. Final verdict: The location and friendly restaurant and bar staff are the only reasons I’m giving 3 stars. Otherwise, it wouldn’t deserve even 1 star. I would not recommend this hotel and will not return. Management needs to seriously improve cleanliness, facilities and customer service. This is nowhere near the 5-star experience advertised"
