Apartamentos Plaza Suites is an exceptional Hotel in the heart of Bogota/ Usaquen district. The neighborhood is safe and quite upscale, close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy. Dining room/ room service serves a variety of meals. Our unit is quite spacious and updated with a wonderful view of the city. Staff is definitely exceptional and very attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Bogota

Apartamentos Plaza Suites exceeded my expectations.
My habitation ( family unit ) has great amenities for someone who stayed in Bogota for over a month. We were able to prepare home cooked meals in our kitchen and the daily breakfast is very satisfying. They also provide room service with a variety of meals from the kitchen menu. Most importantly, the staff is simply exceptional. Special mention to George/ Deyvi/ Gabriella in the reception; Luz/ Evans/ Milena/ Nataly/ Duban in the dining room; Isabelle/ Sandra/ Maria in the housekeeping Dept. This property is perfect for families enjoying their vacation in Bogota. Thank you, Apartamentos Plaza Suites for an amazing stay.

I love the lay out of the property. It’s close to where the places where I’ll be conducting my transactions. My unit is amazing. Location is very conducive. Most importantly, staff is exceptional from the reception, dining room staff to the housekeepers/ room attendants.

Property was decent, the rooms were smallish, torn curtains, woefully insufficient dishware, no dishwashing liquid, had to ask for wash cloths. No laundry facilities on site, breakfast quite boring with no condiments (no salsa, no sour cream)
On the plus side, the lunch/dinner at the restaurant is good. Steak was excellent, as good as in a U.S. steakhouse. Easy walking distance to minimarket and pharmacy, as well as several good restaurants in walking distance.

This place is able to charge what it does because of its location and because it has a kitchen. The service is poor. The attitude of the personnel is poor. The Hotel Manager is bad. It gets 1 Star because I cannot score lower. The staff is poor because the Manager is bad; he hired staff just as he is. I do NOT recommend this hotel unless you are desperate to have a kitchen. Colombia is a country with AMAZING people. There are also countless quality places to stay for a better price than this place, with personnel that are gracious and exceptional; this is NOT that place! 👎 I do NOT recommend this property for your stay in Bogota, Colombia; you can do sooooooo much better, comprehensively.

Good location out of the centre of town. Easy to use Cabify to get transport to the city centre.
A lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Laundromat was a short walk and easy to use. Thanks to the great staff. Does help if you speak a little Spanish.
