Great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The common areas were nicely designed and clean. The room was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the mini kitchenette. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We appreciated the extra towels at the pool. The cons were: the bottom of the pool was pretty rough. I get the need for traction, but it rubbed my kids' feet raw. There wasn't a hot tub. The parking garage attached to the hotel is open to the public, so if there is a popular event happening downtown (i.e. New Year's Eve Potato Drop) the garage will fill up while you were out elsewhwere. Leaving you to have to find somewhere else to park even though you prepaid for parking in that garage.

Fantastic new hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish they gave out boxed, glass, or can waters instead of plastic when checking in- but all other eco friendly options were available.

Very nice room, extremely clean and organized. Room darkening shades were perfect for light sleepers. Friendly staff and perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and bars in downtown Boise. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed here for my husband’s graduation. It was clean, spacious and close to everything. Parking was a breeze and the breakfast was great for my kids. We would definitely stay again!

After a 45 minute difficulty getting a room assigned to us, everything was great. The desk clerk was flustered but kind and apologetic for the computer problems. The room was spacious and clean and new. The bathroom was great. The beds were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was above average.

Stayed here a few times. Keep coming back for the really clean rooms, friendly staff and great location for downtown Boise.
