Bathtub in room was a little dirty, pool and hot tub had a lot of stuff floating around in it. Other than that staff were very nice, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and towels were soft. Wouldn’t mind coming again.

First off I was charged an extra $102.00 before I got a chance to check in outside of the payment for the room. Then he told me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days to get it back. Plus the $50 damage fee which should be returned back to my card. The pool wasn’t clean at all and the hot tub didn’t get hot at all. The room and hotel itself was clean. The surrounding area has a lot of places to shop. Very convenient for whatever you might be looking for. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay at this particular location again. I’ll give this hotel 3 stars because I was looking forward to the pool and hot tube. Plus the extra check in fees

Great for a reasonable price. The pool was amazing. Needs some updates but clean... The toilet ran a lot but it wasn't horrible... breakfast was decent ...the hotel was clean. ..they need new curtains kinda dirty but everything else was good !

This is a nice place right off I55. It is near dining general and shopping needs galore.
The staff was great and very helpful getting us adjoined rooms.
The pool area was big and the hot tub was hot!.
The free morning waffles were a great touch. Rooms were fine, clean and smoke free.A nice place for a night or two of low frills.

Check in was quick and friendly. Got in a bit early to get some work done and then relaxed in the hot tub for a bit!

Nicest staff I’ve ever experienced, especially the front desk lady she was incredibly nice. The pool area and hot tub were very clean. Loved the look of the hotel. Me and my bf kept saying we felt like we were in the ALPS because the all the pine. Loved it. And late checkout, will stay here again
