Everything you need for a short stay in Bologna! The room is spotlessly clean less than 15' walk from the main square and all the restaurants and shops. The owner was helpful and responded immediately to what we needed. I highly recommend

lovely place! if you are 2 people who want to stay in Bologna it is a romantic area, and slightly quieter, with a nice balcony. it was ideal for us! it is central, but to reach the center it takes about 10 minutes on foot. It's not a big deal at all. especially when the walk is so beautiful. there's also a fantastic ice cream shop underneath. I highly recommend a visit!

Stunning accommodation in a great, quiet location! We have our dog with us, and the apartment is perfect for the summer too! The fresco floor and large balcony are fantastic features. We were able to reach everything on foot, which made exploring the area so convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and charming, adding to the overall relaxation of our stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. I would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

The suites are thoughtfully designed with meticulous attention to detail, providing a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The spacious rooms are tastefully decorated, offering a cozy haven after a day of exploring Bologna. I liked that i was able to acces in fully autonomy and the host was prompt. Was very clean and confortable . The bed was great. All the appliances worked. Easy to access with accessible lift and it was clean and room was large for us. Very close to train station and all the main sites.

The apartment itself was ideal with everything that you could ask for a 2 week stay. The kitchen was large with a couch and a table & chairs. It had a washing machine and a drying rack for washing clothes. a big fridge and a great stove, the apartment was within walking distance to the centre of town approximately 20 minutes. There was a supermarket and several cafes within 5 minutes walk away

The hotel is located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. This made it very convenient to explore the city on foot. The self-check-in process was very easy and convenient. I received all the instructions via email and was able to check into my room without any problems. The room was clean and tidy. There were enough towels, and the capsule coffee maker was a nice addition.

We visited the Frassinago Suites and the door was broken so we couldn't get inside.There was only a lady from Ukraine (housekeeping)who could not speak English to explain and we also gave her a shampoo to give it back the next day and she never did that.Also there were no adaptors and we called them and they just recommended to go for shopping adaptors.Rediculus hospitality and not professional at all!20 minutes by walk from the centre.So no good location.

Let's start from the assumption that the apartments are absolutely not like the photos, especially for the price we paid, not being in the center it is really expensive. That said, you are satisfied but it is not as it is seen. Starting from the parking that they say they have an agreement but in reality it is not so, we paid 60 euros for two nights, the owner himself says that he does not have an agreement with anyone, so you pay the full amount ... The apartment itself is not bad but with the price you pay you expect much more, especially when the rooms are not soundproofed and you can hear everything and more both from the floors above and outside ... among other things, having the external code of the door in the morning we found two boys in their underwear outside the door changing, speechless. Not to mention the cleanliness that leaves much to be desired, there are no pillows available so you have to sleep practically squashed into the mattress. Never again!! You should ask for compensation for many many things!!
