PROS: Friendly staff. Clean. Safe. Well maintained. Pet friendly. Reasonably priced. CONS: Awkward room layout. Stiff pillows. Microwave too high. TV in awkward location. Short toilet (seat only 14" from floor). Hinges on refrigerator/freezer doors should be reversed. Cramped quarters in kitchenette area when closet doors must be opened. All-in-all, a very nice property with great staff, but room 405 is awkward.

Overnight in Boone The hotel was very convenient to the places we were visiting. It had some nice amenities that we weren't able to take advantage of, but maybe next time. The bed was comfortable and room had everything we needed and more.

First and last time Rooms weren’t available when we arrived. We had to hear how busy they were the night before. They asked for my phone number and said they would call when our room was ready but, they never called.

The property was clean and good location. The room was up to date kitchen and bath. Very large and roomy. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen, dishes etc. But the a/c unit was loud with whining running a hiss. Bottom floor room really loud sound when upper room flushed toilet. And had to turn 3 light switches on at same time to get entrance / kitchen light on. Parking ******, too close together. And the main entrance was not visibly marked when u arrived.

Nice hotel. Very large common area with grills and utensils. Decent breakfast. Rooms are well stocked with kitchen needs.
