Location of the hotel is good, tranway is just doorstep away and within walking distance to La Cité du Vin. Room is clean and spacious for familes of 2 adults and 2 kids. There is a cool rooftop bar on the 8th floor of the building.

Quartier idéal pour découvrir Bordeaux car le tram est juste en bas de la résidence. Encore faut-il qu’il soit en fonction, ce n’était malheureusement pas notre cas… restos et bats aux alentours. Erreur sur la réservation due à la plate-forme de réservation intermédiaire utilisée par trip.com et hélas nous n’avons pas pu avoir l’appart souhaité malgré notre réservation… la résidence n’a pas voulu nous arranger ou alors il fallait rajouter 90€… pas cool…. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit dej car 15€ c’est plutôt cher… Parking très pratique mais la résidence fait du surbooking et il ne reste pas assez de places si vous rentrez tard le soir. Attention à demander l’adresse du parking car tout est en sens unique et on ne le voit pas en passant devant la résidence.

Honnêtement, c’est vraiment top pour le prix. C’est propre, moderne et cosy, le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et le personnel arrangeant et sympathique. Mention spéciale pour la dame du petit-déjeuner qui est absolument adorable, une vraie petite maman ! Je suis arrivée très malade à l’hôtel avec une extinction de la voix, elle m’a fait des recommandations de thé avec du miel pour aller mieux et tous les jours à pris des nouvelles de moi jusqu’au jour de mon départ. Un vrai soleil, cela fait chaud au cœur !

Fijn net appartement. Ligging dichtbij tramhalte, je bent snel in t centrum.
Parkeergarage bij t hotel is erg fijn. Voor 9 euro parkeer je er 24 uur.
Ontbijt was prima.

Great location right across the street from the tram which takes you into the center in minutes. Parking was easy and food options were close by.

The people at the front desk were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The room as clean, quiet and the kitchen area was well equipped. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the boardwalk along the river. We definitely recommend this hotel.
