We spent eight wonderful days there while celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary, and the entire team made it an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, delicious traditional Bordeaux candies, and a heartfelt handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that immediately made us feel at home. The staff, led by their wonderful manager, Alice, went above and beyond throughout our stay. One of the highlights was when Alice managed to secure us a table at one of the best bars in the city on the night of the France match—something that would have been incredibly difficult to arrange. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable, and full of charm. Its location is perfect—right in the heart of Bordeaux, within walking distance of the city’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions. What truly sets Hôtel des Quinconces apart, however, is its people. The entire team is warm, professional, attentive, and sincerely dedicated to making every guest feel special. Their hospitality transformed our trip into a memory we will cherish for years to come. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel that combines luxury, impeccable service, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, look no further. We cannot recommend Hôtel des Quinconces highly enough, and we will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Bordeaux.
