The inefficiency, relaxation and slightly arrogant attitude of the French are the reasons why I don't like them. This restaurant turned out to be a Japanese restaurant. It's not bad if you can choose the wine you like, but there was no hot main course. As an exception, I was given a bowl of French-Japanese style Chinese vegetable noodles! Finally, the next day, my Boston Marathon commemorative jacket was gone. In addition, I was overcharged by more than 2,700 euros at the checkout. They said it was a mistake. At first, they refused to give me the bill. In the end, I found out that it was a mistake. I almost called the police before they admitted their mistake. This issue has always been in a state of inconclusiveness. Ctrip's communication is also pale and powerless. It seems that Ctrip is not influential enough overseas, especially in Europe. By the way, the parking fee is 40 euros per night..."

The cleanliness was commendable, and the other guests were very quiet and friendly."

The dining room is a disaster – people hit their heads on the slanted ceiling, there's very little space, and the selection of items for the price they charge is poor. The room itself is so narrow you can practically go from the bed to the toilet without touching the floor. The windows were very dirty. The elevator is tiny. I don't understand how they're allowed to offer accommodation and breakfast. I won't be returning. The photos online are misleading."
