The Langham, Boston

The room was very clean, but the shower space was quite small. The window was also tiny, which made me wonder if the hotel intentionally gave us this room type – I wasn't happy about it. For this price, I could have gotten a much better room in China. This hotel's high cost seems to be mainly due to its architecture and location; other aspects felt just average. The free coffee in the lobby on the first floor was good. However, the staff at the entrance weren't very service-oriented and didn't proactively offer to help with luggage. The small park next to the hotel is very nice.

Facilities: Overall, it felt very cozy. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent. Environment: The environment was beautiful, especially the greenery at the entrance, which was very aesthetically pleasing. Walking alongside the greenery at the hotel entrance this season, you could smell a faint floral fragrance.

Very low value for money hotel. The room is too small. Nice swimming pool. No service. Something collapsed when I entered the room. The front desk changed me to another room. The hygiene is fine. The brand of toiletries is reasonable for the price.

We stayed two nights and were given a top-floor room with the entire hotel's air conditioning fans mounted on the ceiling; the fans were incredibly loud, like being in a server room. Late at night, after contacting the front desk, we were given a different room; what a hassle! I don't understand why, if there were other rooms available, they would assign such a room to guests with children? It was extremely unfriendly.

This is the first time I need to use a luggage cart to carry my luggage to a hotel! But to be honest, the bedding in the room is very clean!
