Séjour fort sympathique (dans le cadre d'un séjour organisé par mon club de marche pour près d'une trentaine de personnes) dans cet hôtel où le temps semble s'être arrêté. Excellent diner, petit déjeuner parfaits et accueil des plus aimable par la "patronne" qui à l'œil à tout ..... et qui doit bosser une trentaine d'heure par jour ?! Bref: UN GRAND MERCI !!!

Arrêt au restaurant de l'hôtel totalement par hasard, sur la route de la France vers Liège... On sent directement le côté familial et le charme des lieux est adorable. Notre pièce de viande était délicieuse, et les accompagnements aussi ! Des légumes cuisinés et de vraies frites. On recommande également pour la gentillesse du personnel

In augustus hebben wij hier een weekend verbleven. Vriendelijke bediening maar extreem kleine kamer. Aan de achterzijde van het hotel gelegen wat niet is aan te bevelen. Desondanks een goed verblijf gehad met een voldoende ontbijt. De lift stoort frequent waardoor je op een heel andere verdieping eindigt dan je hebt gekozen maar vooruit, geen ramp. Het hotel ligt goed, rustig maar op loopafstand van het centrum. Opvallend was wel dat het vrij stil was in Bouillon en een goed restaurant vinden nog niet zo eenvoudig. Al met al leuk weekend in een ontspannen sfeer.

Een mooi kamer aan de voorzijde van het hotel. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en bediening. een aanrader voor de maaltijden. De chef is echt een topper de vooral gebruik maakt van ingrediënten uit wat ze noemen, de korte keten, vlees en groenten van plaatselijke boeren. TOP

Het hotel op zich is in orde,vriendelijk onthaal,personeel en de eigenares. Onze kamer was piepklein,aan de achterzijde gelegen(maar das geen probleem)de grootte viel echt tegen, Het ontbijt is heel erg karig,allemaal potjes in plastiek confituur,choco enz. Eieren niet beschikbaar zelfs na aanvraag,de t****e dag lag er salami en kaas(karig) op mijn vraag om een schijfje hesp heb ik wel een schelletje gerookte hesp gekregen,maar het was niet echt met graagte gegeven, het avondeten was subliem lekker,niks op aan te merken.

Les +: accueil, patronne au top, personnel aimable et efficace, la cuisine, les grands espaces communs (salons, terrasse), la localisation au centre de Bouillon, parking aisé, la chambre la moins chère était confortable, hôtel bien tenu, tout est bien propre et net.
Les -: Le wifi très lent; la moquette au sol de la salle de bains (hygiène...)
Conclusion: je me suis bien plu dans cet hôtel de famille, bien reposé et on n'y est pas un numéro. La déco est assez vieillotte, mais pourquoi pas?
Visité une belle suite avant mon départ, bien tenté de revenir pour quelques jouirs.
