When we checked in it said we got the last room. My husband had trouble with our keys and had to go back to the front to get the keys reset cause we couldn’t get in our room. At 5am someone knocked and came in our room. When we hollered they immediately left. We heard them knock on a couple of other doors a few minutes later. The next morning we went to breakfast and 2 employees were behind us. The male employee said, “The late arrivals have arrived.” Breakfast lasted another 1 1/2hrs. Then he proceeded to reach over me as I was trying to get my food, saying he was checking to see how much food there was. There was only me and my husband in line. Also, the coffee was cold, when breakfast still had another hour and a half to go. When my husband went to ask about someone coming in at 5am, the man that reached over me and also made the statement about us being late arrivals said he did. He had booked our room for someone else, even though we had already booked it, and he was the one who helped my husband reset the keys to that room. He offered no apology or anything at that time. We would never stay there again.
