i can say i end up eating a lava cake every place i visit. my visit to the top terrace at the Radisson was no exception. to my surprise, one of the best lava cakes tasted was not the only thing to delight me in the afternoon, as I was lucky enough to receive excellent service from Ariana, a delightful barmaid. apart from the fact that Ariana made sure the table was always clean and the order was served quickly, she recommended me and my family some interesting sights in the area and made sure to be as polite and smiling as possible, both during the interaction with us , as well as with the rest of the surrounding customers.

Do not stay! Have had a terrible experience at Radisson hotel in Brasov. I have stayed there from Sunday 09/06 until Tuesday 18/06. My room was 328 at the third floor. They stole my rolex watch alongside with money from my purse. I have informed the manager of the hotel and they didn’t do anything. I understand that you should not leave things when leaving your room but I never had such an experience at any other 5star hotel.

I was pleasently suprised by this hotel's design and comfort. While I don't usually stay at Radisson, this experience has made me reconsider my opinion. The staff is very well trained, with a notable mention for Dragos Murg for his sincerity and attentiveness.

Amazing hotel! Perfect location steps from the square. Hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast is awesome. Hotel room is 5-star! Rooftop pool is refreshing. George was our server, and is very helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Well done Radisson.

Our room was quite small and as always there are not enough lights. Location near pedestrian area is a winner and there are plenty of eating options. Bed comfy and nice shower. Rooftop bar had a nice view and the pool looked nice. Breakfast a bit on the light size.

Stayed here with family , beautiful hotel in a brilliant location with access to the old town . Managed to get street parking and was a lot cheaper than hotel parking . Warm and welcoming staff and a really well kept property . Thank you for the beautiful room facing the front .

We stayed here as a post trip off of our Viking River Cruise for 2 nights! A beautiful little hotel with a friendly and efficient staff. Our room was wonderful, clean and stocked with all the usual amenities! Loved the location and the ambiance! We had evening cocktails at the lobby bar - lovely! We also loved the delicious breakfast both mornings in the lobby restaurant! A great variety of delicious breakfast choices including local jams and honey! Highly recommend this charming hotel!

I was there for a business meeting and even though the location is good, and the brand is well-known for its service, I am afraid this one was not like the rest of the other hotels in the chain. Unfortunately, the service was so poor, from the front desk, all the way to the restaurant and bar staff. The only thing I can say is that the prices are good and as well, the one short lady from housekeeping made my day :)

Services and products of superior quality. I was served in record time by Ariana on the upper terrace of the hotel, and the professionalism and charisma she displayed significantly enhanced my experience. A considerate, pleasant, and hardworking girl. Besides the services offered, the view from the upper terrace is truly delightful. I enjoyed my coffee with the utmost pleasure. 10/10.
