The toilet seat was stained with feces, shower curtain was also stained with ashes. The bed sheet had hole from people putting their burning cigarettes on the bed. The coffee maker wasn’t working at all and the breakfast didn’t have many options and the limited options that they did have for breakfast weren’t really good. They give you bread, bagels and muffins that are more than a day old. The person working at the front desk isn’t very polite and he is a liar. When I asked why your coffee maker in the room wasn’t working he said that you can come get coffee in the breakfast area 24/7 but everyday he closed that area at 9:00 am and I wouldn’t be able to enter. I would NEVER book this hotel ever AGAIN.

This was a last minute pick and emergency and my finances were low. They took me in last minute and check in was easy and they were very nice and my room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable to my surprise. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you all for the friendly service. I hope to see you all again in the near future. I come to the city alot. And this will be my next pick.

Super dirty, it smells bad and the service is terrible.

You can hear a lot of noise from outside. You can also hear footsteps. I wouldn't say it was dirty, but I didn't think it was particularly clean. Also, the front desk staff was unfriendly.

They do not have on the website about the 60$ deposit.an on top of that my tv didn't work the tub have a hole in it.

It was difficult to sleep during the night and early morning while hearing loud and clear voices and the television loud volumes from the surrounding rooms. The doors also slammed loudly whereas the wall adjacent to the bed would tremor. You could see into the hallway beneath the door. The carpet, especially in the hallway was clearly worn and tattered with obvious stains. The bathroom lighting was poor, but sufficient throughout the room. The towels seem to be from a Dollar Tree store quality. The microwave cord had to be held for it to operate while using it. The bed mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were flat with no fluff. You could stack three of them for support. The continental breakfast was quite uninviting with a handful of miniature muffins, four to five 6 oz.size yogurts of two varieties, no water, and no fruit, but coffee and one juice selection.

I paid for the hotel through ******* I get to the hotel there no rooms available and it stink and dirty I ask for a refund they said ******* have to give it to me call ******* and they said they waiting on the hotel to refund witch the hotel said they never got the money and I still haven’t been refunded worst hotel and third party company I every had to deal with

I asked for an iron at 1am and was told to wait until 7am... Asked for extra pillows only one...

Room was non smoking, but evidently many people smoked there. The covers had cigarette burns and many dirty stains on them. The soap was too small. The towels were dingy and breakfast was a joke. This motel needs to be taken off this website...

Very dirty and ran down plus a sketchy area. The staff was very rude and did nothing to accommodate me being that I am a senior citizen. I could not use the restroom after traveling a distance until I actually was able to check in at 3:00 p.m. the service overall was very unacceptable.
