Seaside Hotel

The bed was broken and the mattress was so thin we both woke up with back pain, it also had multiple hairs in the covers that didn’t belong to us. The window was leaking badly and our mattress got wet. There was a towel in the cupboard with brown stains on it. Tried calling them and the first 4 times nobody picked up when someone finally did they said they would speak to management and nothing was done about it. The fire alarm also went off at 5am waking us both up as it was extremely loud. We weren’t given any information on what it actually was just assumed someone was smoking. Wouldn’t stay here again it was just dirty and unpleasant

Bates motel The reception has no one there full of junk in the lobby,old dirty and smelly reminds me of bates motel (horror) i could not believe how bad it was just wanted to get up and go home, they provide a kettle but no cups/cutlery they have a shower but no hot water windows are so bad toilet seat dont fit so i paid for a bed basically i can definitely say i would never return, they need to knock the place down and re do it in my opionion, cant be charging these prices for a place like this i stayed at a different hotel night before much cheaper place and staff was so lovely clean tidy rooms and everything provided ,overall not happy

Do not stay here Very poor, just a bed in a room, kettle stank and no cups or anything to make a coffee. Dirty carpet, very old and musky smell. Bathroom poor and stained. I would not recommend and definitely not worth £77. Personally this hotel should not be open.

Terrible accommodation from a negligent owner Terrible hotel and awful management. Bedsheets had hairs all over them and were visibly creased - clearly had not been washed. Bathroom full of bodged fixes, mould and dust all round. This hotel screams of a management who care so little for the guests that they wouldn't spend a penny on improving the rooms, this attitude is evident in the dreadful rooms. Avoid!
