Room could have been a little cleaner, had to wipe down some surfaces but the linens were clean and overall not to bad just could have used a little bit more of a thorough clean.

Horrible! Holes in hotel rooms doors, holes in the wall of our hotel room, leaky toilets, pool light floating, yes I said, floating in the pool, pool closed, broken vending machines, broken ice machines, kids running crazy through all the halls, paper thin walls… I could go on and on. I will never stay here again!!! 100% disappointed!

Called 2 hours before check in and was told that pool and hot tub were up and running. Upon check in - we were told the pool has been down for 2 days due to electrical problems. No offer to help make it right. Came back from dinner and side door was propped open - later tried to use side door and key would not work. Housekeeping staff was awesome!! Haven’t had the breakfast yet - will update post after that.

Registered for a weekend and it defaulted to that night and scheduled me for a hotel when I did that at 10 o’clock at night. So had to pay for another day

Everything was really comfortable and clean. Downfalls were being in the room across from the stairwell... when someone opened the door it sounded like they were trying to get into our room and the door slamming shut was extremely loud and that started at 630 am.... and the fire alarms going off. Lol still 5 stars because those things are not faults of anyone.

Management needs help woth this and when there are big events. The front desk lady did great and best she could. She needs help on full weekends. Kids running wild parents drinking in lobby. Parents invited a bunch of people to hang out n drink in lobby who were not even staying there. Kids running hall ways all night first night kept me up all night. Not enough towels to give each guest in my party Very regretful of my stay.

Do not stay at this property. First off all the rooms are surrounding the pool, which is open until 10pm but kids were in until after 11. There were several dozen kids in the pool at once which seemed extremely unsafe. There was a whole light and electrical cord hangin out if the pool. Seemed very unsafe. After everyone was out of the pool there were tons of kids just hanging out around pool until almost 2am. There were hairs in the washcloths, hairs and debris in the garden tub, stains on the towels. Then to make matters worse after getting extremely little sleep, we awaken to the fire alarm. Assuming a kid pulled it I went to door and heard, smoke in second floor. So my children and I raced to get out of building just to hear, false alarm. All the while listening to a loud fire alarm for almost an hour after returning to our room. I have never experienced such a bad hotel in my life. Went to restaurant to hear a waitress say they hear horrible things about this hotel ALL the time…

This property is in a great location....check in just fine. About due for a remodeling...showing it's age.

All the staff and housekeeping for very nice, get the pool clean. And the breakfast is the complimentary. Breakfast was very good different stuff every day and there's a big ride yourself
