I recently stayed at Pullman Hotel and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. For the price point, the quality felt far below expectations. The rooms are clearly outdated — the shower and overall bathroom setup feel old and in need of renovation. The bedding was also poor quality and uncomfortable, which is not what you expect from a hotel in this category. Service was another major letdown. Out of roughly 10 interactions entering and leaving the hotel, only once did a staff member make eye contact or acknowledge me. There was a clear lack of warmth, attentiveness, and basic hospitality. The restaurants were particularly frustrating — inflexible service and a general lack of customer care made dining an unpleasant experience. Overall, it feels like you’re paying premium prices for a product that simply doesn’t deliver. Significant improvements are needed in both service and facilities to justify the cost.

The bathroom is huge! Our beds were already made up when we arrived, which was great. We borrowed bikes for free, but it was quite hilly, so not the easiest ride. The restaurant food was delicious too! And the staff are all very good-looking, hehe.

I had a solid stay at the Pullman King George Square. The location is unbeatable—you’re a 5-minute walk from Queen Street Mall and the museum, and literally a stone’s throw from the City Hall-KGS busway. Getting around is a breeze with Central Station just down the road. The rooms are clean and reliable, though they feel a bit basic and "aged" for the Pullman brand. Expect a short wait for the elevators, as only two were serving 10+ floors during my visit. Thankfully, the friendly front desk and restaurant staff make the experience feel much more personal!

The house keeping are basically lazy. Stay for a week. Bedsheet never change, toilet never ready clean, floor seldom vacuumed. Terrible for 5 star

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the city center and not too far from the train station. The room was a bit old but clean, and it offered good value for money.

When I checked in, an Asian guy offered a late check-out until noon, but then someone came to rush me at 11:30 AM on the day of check-out anyway. The breakfast was simple with limited options. The room itself was quite old, and the fixtures were outdated.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and it's convenient for transportation. However, the hotel itself is quite old, and the facilities are outdated. When I checked in, the lights in my room were flickering and wouldn't turn on. They gave me another room, but it was smaller than the first one. The front desk staff, whether intentionally or carelessly, charged my card for an amount. When I questioned it, they said it was for the room fee. I clearly told them I had already paid for the room when I booked it, and they apologized profusely. If it wasn't intentional, then their service quality is really poor.
