Excellent location right opposite botanical gardens and a short walk from many if the hotspots. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (hair in shower), and service at front desk could have been friendlier. Gym is quite small, with more than 3-4 people in there you’d struggle.

Nice hotel that we always prefer to stay when we go to Brisbane. Restaurants, cafes and Queens Bay Mall are within walking distance. Staff are courteous

drinking water bottles aren't complimentary from the 2nd day, and you cannot get any one more free water bottles from day 2 of your staying... which is out of my expectations in this hotel..

Nice location, very good breakfast. The beds could be bigger. Wi fi must be connected every 24 h. Senseless

Please pay more attention on swimming pool water quality, other than that everything is excellent.

Nice, older style hotel. Good bed, soft sheets, good breakfast. Nice location as well. Shower was poor (constant changing of temperature that forced you to be stepping in and out of the water every 30 seconds). Toilet seat attachment was ridiculous for an average sized male (so small it was difficult to use). Putting the safe on the floor also made it difficult for older people to access). Staff very good. Was ok, but wouldn't say again.

We have stayed there for 3 nights for our holiday. Everything there was great for us, the room was clean as well as the lovely old building was well maintained. The price was reasonable for the high quality of interior and amenities in the room, the services and location. We would book this hotel again if we go to Brisbane in the future.

The Hotel facilities are always exemplary and Staff are always professional and accommodating .......... never an issue from check-in to check-out !

The staff and service was great. The hotel is quite tired and chairs in the dining room are peeling etc. which does make the hotel feel less luxury than it should. Breakfast was ok but noting lack of choice other than the very standard fare. No offer of barista made coffees and not many alternatives to the usual. Hotel is in a great location.

The place was accessible to shopping malls and other tourist spots. The staff was friendly. The pool was great. The place was clean but you can tell that it is already old. The bath tub was small and the television did not have access to other networks like Netflix etc. No bath robe and bedroom slippers unlike in other hotels. I think with a little renovation/upgrade on furniture, the place will be more beautiful.

Excellent hotel, aged however very well maintained and presented. Definitely stay again. Location is also very good.

Loved the view, the quietness, and being able to walkto restaurants close by for meals. Great.service.
