Convenient location, particularly if you're going to the Cleveland Clinic or Sawgrass Mills mall as the hotel shuttle goes to both locations. Room cleaning during the stay was generally subpar...had to give very specific instructions on what a cleaned room meant or it wasn't done (e g. Please make the bed, vacuum, leave a trash bag behind when emptying the bin...).

This room and building were well appointed, beautiful and SO clean. I felt extremely comfortable and proud of where we were staying. I was here for a family reunion and my family stayed at a few different places all of which were so dirty and outdated. I was so grateful for the pride and care the Lowkl staff took with Sea Steps. I went to the hotel I found by cruise for one night, it was still very clean and the bathroom was large.

The place is in a very good location, it is nice and cozy, but it has a problem with cockroaches, this spoils the experience in the place.

Everything is great, the ocean is nearby and they provide towels and chairs for the beach. There is a pool, many things have been updated in the rooms, but there is still no light at all, it is dark, but you can live with it. There is a pool and a grill
