I was told on the arrival day the breakfast combined with buffet and menu options. However, during the breakfast, when I asked for the menu the waitress told me I should just take food from buffet, saying they have wide options( which is not true, the buffet option is really limited ! Then I tried another male waiter with an earring asking for a menu, also got rejected. Then after I finished my breakfast, I noticed there are other white couples were ordering food from the menu. I don’t know if that is discrimination from hotel’s point of view. But I realised all Chinese visitors there were not given an option to order from menu. I asked for investigation but still haven’t got the response so far, such disappointing experience.

It is a wonderful experience staying at the W Hotel Budapest. I am very favorably impressed by the friendly and professional services by hotel staff. The location is outstanding and close to all the good sites of sightseeing. I will be back.

完美的W酒店，位於著名的歌劇院對面，原來上一次路過時還在整體裝修，外觀已經歡喜了，19世紀的新古典風格的建築，配以清新粉藍～建築的雕刻更具立體和窗花的靚麗。
進入酒店真的是大大的驚喜，2個建築的中庭被圍起來，整體通透 高大，白天 和晚上的燈光都會是各種華麗；左邊是休息區，右邊是多功能餐廳，各種藍色元素裝點 既有古典的繁複也有現代的時尚；
來這裏整個建築就是藝術品，很多細節包括樓梯 大理石拼花地面 拱形的樓道，大面積的花窗。。房間裏更是設計師把元素用到極致，對比色的大大小小的方塊不用材質的各種拼接，卧室運用了不同的粉藍色系，清新時尚舒適感。
晚餐的生意很好 年輕人的彙集地，正縫春節假期，居然有中式的菜系；每個服務生都很漂亮 年輕 熱情
