雖然在英雄廣場旁邊，近市中心，但很不推薦這家店，我10.7-10.8住宿，在這家店裝有300歐元、140瑞郎的信封放在房間的大行李箱裏，出門時行李箱未上鎖，然後就被找不到了，估計是讓清潔工偷了。我從布達佩斯離開之後到了下一個酒店才發現，立即給這家店打電話，這家店讓我發郵件説明情況，我發郵件之後到現在快一週了還沒有任何回覆，服務態度差，極力不推薦！

部屋が掃除されていませんでした。
タオルをフロントに持って行き、変えてくれるように頼んだのですが、フロントの男の人の対応が本当に最悪でした。
渋々2枚はくれましたが、あとは地下に自分でいいに行けと言われて行きましたが誰もおらず、4枚タオルを見せてあと2枚くださいと交渉してやっともらえました。
英語もわからないふりをするし最悪です。
部屋をチェンジして貰えば良かったです。
前日までとても良い対応だったのに本当に残念です。
