Disappointed with our room. We had been located within the under construction area way in the back. Felt we were in solitary confinement being in the area where there was no one around us because of the remodeling of the rooms around us.Lock on the door was broken and had to let front desk be notified. Requested a different room but was denied due to no extra room available. Not enough wash cloths to take a shower. Nice place but dissatisfied with the outcome.

Where did all the hair dryers go? Facilities are old but clean. Very close to Knotts Berry Farm.

This Property isn’t how it appears really, the rooms are very dirty and you can see water damage on the walls and tables.. floor is dirty, took of my shoes when i got there and my socks turned black.. They used foil to patch up things that are broken and silver, lamp shade had a game of tik tac toe played on it and little kid scribbles, jacuzzi is green and not kept up, there is no heater only air conditioning, maintenance has to go up into the roof to turn heater on if you request, and same thing to turn air back on.. Some rooms are being remodeled so that’s promising but both my rooms this trip were very disappointing..

Staff was very attentive & kind. But the rooms smelled really bad, if you slept near the curtains you could smell the odor & it was strong. We ended up leaving at 3am cause I couldn’t sleep another night. Check out was at 11am btw.

We had a suite, no bedding provided for the sofa bed. Floor was very sticky, decor and wall has blemishes and needed renovation. Floor was also uneven, room had a strong unpleasant odor. Do not recommend and will not return.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE. This hotel was awful. It was dirty and smelt like mold. There was "construction" going on everywhere which meant there was nails, screws and wires out everywhere. Half the rooms weren't in use or suitable for use. The sofa beds didn't have sheets or blankets. The restrooms weren't clean. The door to the room was busted and looked like it had previously been busted in. In the middle of the night my car window got busted out while I was parked right in front of the hotel near the lobby. The management was awful and not willing to fully refund my stay. I did not feel safe and left after one night.

My only real complaint is the lack of air. The AC wasn’t really pumping very well so the bedroom was muggy. The window wasn’t on the rail so it created condensation on the window. The staff was super friendly and it looks like they are doing some overall repairs. The room was very clean.

Stayed here while we visited Disneyland, in our room the air didn’t work, there was only 1 remote to work both TVs, when housekeeping came to clean our rooms all they did was took the garbage and dirty towels nothing was actually cleaned, they never left any new towels, we always had to go down to the front desk and ask for face towels, the front desk employee was sweet and very helpful, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting Disney

Cons Mi experience was not good. When I arrived there we had an issue with our reservation, and although the lady was prompt to arrainge a solution, she did it with a long face and was not nice at all. There is no food at the hotel and there is no cleaning. We stayed there for 5 days and they only cleaned the room on our last day, even when we kept asking for them to clean it. The hotel is old, the lights didn't really work. The shower also leaked and made noise every day. Pros The room is very big, and appliances worked fine. The bed is very comfortable and they also leave a lot of towels. The price was very affordable and there are good places to eat around. However, I don't think that we will stay there again.

Great location and price. If the beds were supposed to be Queen size def didn’t feel like it. Overall our 3rd time staying there, so not that bad.

First room provided was a big roach in the bathroom. Room service did not sweep the floor, during my 7 day stay, 2 times fixed the beds, they did changed the towels. The place is in a great location.

Everything needs updating. Furniture chipped and dirty. Noisy road.However, pool and jacuzzi were clean and nice. Also convenient for Knottsberry Farm. Cost was ok for the hotel.

Horrible experience, we were stuck in the elevator for over 20 minutes and only one elevator was working somewhat properly out of three of them. All ice machines were not working, actually except for one ice machine on the third floor we were on the fourth floor. Most of the glass windows from the first floor were shattered. I was very uncomfortable all night staying at this hotel.
