Cruce´s Hotel Boutique

Excellent location if you want to be in the city center, near San Thelmo and Avenida de Mayo. The hotel is charming, clean, peaceful and it has a lovely patio. The rooms (good mattresses ) and bathrooms are spacious and convenient. The breakfast was very good and diversified. The hotel has a laundry service. The staff was very helpful and gives very good tips. A very special thanks to Clari, Noé and Ezequiel for the wonderful time we spent there. As for the But...there is none for this hotel. Congratulations !

The staff was AMAZING! I had an emergency issue and they swooped right in to help. I felt a genuine concern for my issue and although there was such a communication issue their sincere caring was so very clear. Their kind words, care and concern for their guests could not be better. In my book it makes this a 5-star property.

This place is seriously perfect. It's got a cute little courtyard, not too many other tenants so you get the attention you need. Great wifi, great AC. A great breakfast at 8am each morning. Simply a great place.

Gorgeous hotel! Like a little oasis in a bustling city. Our room was lovely and very clean. At this point, my husband and I had stayed at 5 other hotels in Buenos Aires and Patagonia and this one was the best and cleanest. They even let us stay an extra day (last minute request) due to our flight leaving so late. Great location, very walkable, quiet and safe.

Pros: Beautiful courtyard, free breakfast, very friendly and helpful front desk attendants (despite the language barrier), and good location. Cons: There was free wifi, but it did not work inside the room 9 (needed to step out into the courtyard to use it). The air conditioner inside the room did not seem to be working correctly (or maybe we were just not using it properly; it was difficult to tell). No international power sockets.

The place is beautiful all rooms facing garden. The place needs more attention to details and maintenance. We found our ceiling fan was not working as other other two lamps in the room either. Customer service approach is very basic and a bit patronizing. Breakfast is very basic too.

Still being hosted in this hotel decided to do a review about this place. We are a couple traveling by motorcycle and we needed to stay around 2 weeks in Buenos Aires waiting for our motorcycle to arrive from Europe. We have been looking for places to stay during our long stay in the city and we found this boutique hotel. Very charming, and cosy in the middle of the city. You feel like in an oasis ! The big terrace/courtyard gives you a feeling of peace and calm. The owner and the staff are really amazing! They always make sure you are having a good time and everything is in order ! Very attentive, they want to provide all the conditions so you can have a good time there. The breakfast is delicious !!! Fresh Bakery, fresh coffe, natural and squeezed orange juice. And the best "MediaLuna" of the town :) You feel like home. Everything is super clean and smells good :) We used to rest a lot in the room as we have already explored the majority of the city and they are comprehensive and just fine with that respecting our space very much. Thanks for everything :)
