Really terrible, in the hall there were 3 buckets to collect water from a leak during the 3 days of stay, the elevator was scary, if it weren't because the room was on the tenth floor it didn't go up in it, not only was it dirty, but it was It made terrible noises that seemed like it would fall at any moment. The paint was falling off the hallways, the room was dirty and ugly, with a half-disassembled kitchen, which not even the refrigerator worked, the pipes of a water heater that were no longer protruding from the wall, the armchair faced a wall bare without a TV, in the room there was an old and small TV, in the bathroom the cold water tap did not work so you brushed your teeth with hot water, if you used the toilet you had to wait 15 minutes for it to fill the sister for someone else to use. And the views overlook an interior patio. The pool is original, but there is not even a sun lounger, lounge chair or anything to sunbathe, there is no bar to have a drink and the breakfast glass had dirty windows throughout the stay. The only pleasant thing was the attention of its employees who helped us in everything they could. But I wouldn't set foot in that joint again even if its price was 10 times cheaper (which would be fair)

For what they charge per night you find many better hotels in BA. Also, there is no one to complain to.
