Apartamentos El Cid

Hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the cathedral, main plaza and restaurants.

We recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment at Apartmentos El Cid, which is an extension of the Crisol Hotel Meson El Cid owned by Eurostars. While apartment seemed spacious my children did not sleep due to the poor mattress quality of the twin beds and the heat in the attic apartment we received. We did not choose to be placed in the attic in summer with no AC, and a quick browsing of major booking platforms show that similarly priced apartments have AC. The strict walls are also sloped and require stooping while in kitchen and elsewhere. My husband hit his head three times. We were finally offered free breakfast after asking for some sort of compensation. Eurostars should be doing better with the amenities given the price of these apartments in the high season. We Thought the inability to move from a hot attic apartment was unfair…

Apartment is owned by the hotel Stayed at the El cid hotel for two nights but they had no room for a third night so I booked another night in an apartment. Drug my suitcase up a hill, found the apartment and the notice said it is owned by the hotel. The desk clerk might have told me that instead of saying they had nothing. I notice this all along the Camino in Spain, desk staff are not helpful.

Great location and option to park a car is a plus
