Spacious rooms, delicious food

First there was no bell desk so we had to carry all our luggage to our room across a parking lot. That was not that big of a deal the room was nice and clean after check in we went to the ****** were I lost about $7000 stupid me after losing all night I finally win $1500 and it’s a hand pay so I give my drivers license to the nice lady and she leaves to get my money this is when not one but 5 security guards come up to me and my girlfriend and demand ID so I start to explain the lady who works there has it I just won a hand pay and he tells me he wants no excuses I need to leave my girlfriend is 22yrs old and is scared to death these guys are in full swat team tactical gear and I ask what this is about did we do something wrong and he says no that we can expect this at any pepermill astablishmrnt we go to and as we’re getting up to leave the lady comes with my ID and money and then they say ohhh we didn’t understand that an employee had your ID this was just a random check because my girl looks young well you don’t need 5 fully armed tactical men to do this and treat me like a criminal we went to our room my girl was crying and we checked out still trying to get my refund for the room we didn’t stay in

Everything was great along with the price I absolutely loved it here and will be my go to every time I come !! Thank you thank you for your excellent customer service

Western Village Inn and ****** are marvels in this day and age. The Inn is super clean, and the rooms are large enough to stay in.

This hotel ****** is immaculate. A true bargain the a world of ******s overcharging overnight guests.

I like that the ****** was separate from the hotel. I also liked that the hotel was very secure and that I noticed security officers patrolling the floors. I can't think of anything I didn't like during my stay. I will definitely be staying there in the future.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and the dining options on property are very good.

We chose this property for our trip to visit family and we were so pleased we booked it for our trip home. The rooms were wonderful and the on property dining options were great.

Very nice property. Clean, comfortable, great price. The outside of the hotel doesn't look like much but the rooms are well-appointed, comfortable, and very clean. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The ****** is in a separate building which was nice as we don't gamble.

I stayed three nights and the room was serviced once. The room was toward the end of the hall downstairs, and it was extremely noisy as individuals came in/out through the main entrance and could literally hear the luggage wheels rolling from guest. Perhaps, noise proofing the windows would be helpful.

Love the pet fees !!! I will definitely stay here just because ofcthis reason. The place was nice and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay

We were in Reno for a sport event and this hotel suited very need for the group.The staff were outstanding more so in the cafe that is open 24 hours every day. The rooms were a great size,comfortable and clean.We ate at the cafe on most occasions but avoided the Smokey and dingy ******.
